Out room was lovely and over looked the sea the only downside was the vehicle noise but that’s to be expected as we were right on the front of the promenade. Avoid if you struggle with stairs.

It was perfect.

We loved everything about our stay. A very warm welcome. A spotlessly clean room. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Everything we could possibly need. Beautiful sea view. Lovely breakfasts and excellent, friendly service. We could not ask for more. Thank you.

The stairs to the top floor. I’d definitely stay every time I’m n Brighton but would book a lower floor. If your fit though it’s worth it for the view.

The staff were lovely. The breakfast was excellent. The room was very nice with all facilities and we had a room with a great balcony and super view.The hotel is stylish and very clean.

I love the fact it’s a beautiful Victorian house 😍The staff were really friendly and engaging . The room was tastefully decorated and the little added touches like the binoculars were great. Great location and the added a bonus was your own car parking space.

Friendly staff , clean accommodation, nice selection of teas and coffees in the room, and a coffee machine in the room. There were bath robes in the room . It is right on the seafront. The shower was nice. The night lights in the room were good. It was perfect.

It’s scrupulously Clean, helpful and wonderful staff, the food is exceptional, has such a warm welcoming and such a wonderful vibe. Me and my husband absolutely love the facilities the accommodation just everything about it.

The property has such a wonderful vibe… it’s our 2nd time staying here and will always stay here every time we visit Brighton.

The only reason I gave it a 9 rather than a 10 is because the room was a little small, and we had a room on the 4th floor which meant a lot of stairs (but they did highlight this in the booking so we were aware in advance).

We had a lovely stay here. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Excellent location.

I don't think there was anything we didn't like! We felt slightly wary about closing the shutters at night, one was slightly damaged and wouldn't close properly but we made sure we were gentle as understand they are character to the property. There was a slight viewing gap in them which might irritate others!

We stayed in the most beautiful room with full length windows which looked out onto the seafront. It was absolutely gorgeous to wake up to the sun rising, just taking a moment to enjoy before heading down to an amazing breakfast!

Could do with a few thinner pillows, I quite like skinny pillows, please nice and soft, but that’s it. I can’t think of anything else. I would change.

Lovely place, nice and easy to find, had parking Emmanuel was very good. I woke him up in the middle of the night as I had lost my card to get in the front door. He was very patient and pleasant with me which I’m grateful for…. I’ll be back soon that’s for sure.

It was a shame our windows were a bit high but otherwise everything was great.

Fabulous location. Great facilities. Amazing breakfast. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Parking was an added bonus, especially being so close to the centre.
