Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The temperature in the room was difficult to control. That, along with the bedding, made for a bit of a rough night’s sleep. The thermostat seemed to only allow heat or cool and a temperature setting, not fan option that I could tell. The bedding was one sheet and a huge, thick comforter. Oh, and the pillows were firm and thick making it difficult to adjust to my comfort. It flexed my head too much causing me to wake with a headache.
The hotel was very clean. It even smelled clean and not like they were trying to cover up a bad odor. We loved the bathroom setup, very home-like.

The location was tough because we didn’t have a car, and there wasn’t much nearby to walk to, but uber was easy enough to get to Allstate arena for the shows (JHOPE!) we went to.
Breakfast was great! Rooms were very nice, hotel staff were friendly, the pool and hot tub were fabulous. Really a top notch experience. The airport shuttle was a plus!

the bathroom door has no lock, if you travel as a couple maybe it's not a problem, but with children I prefer to close the bathroom and have my privacy like at home. This is the only negative thing about this hotel.

The breakfast
I always search for a cheaper price and saved $25.00 through booking.com they only thing is that my job does not reimburse the staying in a hotel. Maybe for 1-night it should be a little cheaper no more than $120 with taxes. Also we do not eat the breakfast because they only have pork products next to the non-pork products. The staff were very nice that night and morning. We love to stay in this location again in the future. Thank you!

Desk staff on check in was not very accommodating. Toiletries like toothbrush, toothpaste were not available inside the room and housekeeping is not available 24/7 so I had to get my request of toiletries at the front desk; only 1 toothpaste sachet and 1 shower gel tube were given to me, even if I was staying for 4 nights. Wifi is not working properly, even if I sought help from the front desk, still it did not work throughout my stay. There was little variety on breakfast menu.
Room was clean. Airport shuttle is available 24/7.

Just wish the heat was a little bit more warm

Breakfast needs improvement, but then again it is the normal for American hotels.
Staff was incredibly helpful and helped me solve a couple issues with checkin, rooms were spacious and had all the necessary features. There's many restaurants and shops nearby so going for something without a car is easy!

It was a little on the pricy side and the bed could have been a bit softer
