Liked the room but it was at the very top of the house. Too many stairs if you are elderly or suffer from breathing problems.

Unfortunately due to the location and the warm weather it was very noisy at night and we struggled to sleep uninterrupted.

Nothing - I wish I was staying longer.

My room was small but comfortable and had everything I needed. Bathroom was very clean and shower had good hot water and pressure. Great tea making facilities and coffee pod machine - brilliant. Vicky in reception/breakfast room extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast room faced the ocean - lovely setting. Food was a varied menu and fresh - my porridge was delicious. And they had milk alternatives without pre-ordering.

Breakfast should have been included in Roo rate or it should have been clearer that it xasn’t

Breakfast was great but it should have been included in the room rate. It was not clear on booking that breakfast was extra.

Such a wonderful property! Very clean and sweetly decorated. Absolutely loved the location near the beach and many bud stops. Very cute breakfast area as well and wonderful views. The staff here are lovely and accommodating!

The shower room was rather small and it wasn't possible to open the bedroom windows, but air conditioning was available.

Ground floor room and the location was convenient to local shops. the breakfast was very good with nice choices. It was nice to be right by the sea for which we had a side view from our room.

Told them about my early arrival which they said they would have my room ready for by 12:30. Room hadn’t been cleaned when I arrived but got to leave my bag. Also breakfast could finish slightly later.

We stayed at top floor of Hotel, steep stairs. seagulls squawking at 4 am which woke us up, which is nature and nobody’s fault ! We can laugh now!

Good location opposite the beach. Parking which is an added bonus to the hotel. Immaculately clean and modern. Breakfast was delicious. The owner was lovely, friendly and helpful. Would of been a 10, if seagulls did not wake us up squawking at 4 am. Also we were top of house and stairs very steep. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you.
