There are some dust on the room fan, behind the tv, and in the corners of the bathroom.

We didn’t like room 9. Hot, small and that “Street” view was not the one.

The traffic noise and noisy drunk people didn't help with having a good night's sleep - given it was during heatwave so we had window open and noise from fan to circulate air didn't help

The only slight issue (for some) would be the steepness of the steps if you are staying on the top floor. Wonderful views but guests with issues climbing would have issues.

The location was 10/10. Right on the beach front and in front of the pier. Could not have had a better location!!

Top floor stay was a challenge, air con would be useful.

fRooms don't have AC but have fans for warmer months. The stair are very slopey due it being an old building and sound proofing could be better for the rooms. As I can hear the guest below me agrue with his date.

Great breakfast options, location was close to the lanes and good place to hit the stoney beach.

Breakfast looked overpriced although there are plenty local shops. Location while close to the pier, wasn't ideal as it was a fair distance to the centre of the town and the station.

Room was fine and had a nice view of the pier. Bed comfortable and although no air con, a fan was provided.

We knew about the possibility of lot of stairs before we booked the hotel so it wasn't a huge surprise when we had to climg to the top floor to get to our room.

The location of the hotel was superb and the free parking a rare but added bonus. The bed was very comfortable and the linens soft and inviting. Great room for our stay.

The entire property was beautiful. The staff was extremely and friendly and our room was perfect. We couldn't ask for anything more. The size of the room was more than expected and it was only 20mins walk from the station, whereas 2mins from the beach itself and 5mins from the pier. Definitely staying here again.

There is no blackout curtain or blinds in the room, the light comes into the room around 4:30am, it’s very difficult to get good sleep if you are light sleeper.
