We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The on site bar was good with a nice atmosphere as was the restaurant, the view from the room was about as good as it gets in the Docklands. I enjoyed my stay very much!

United KingdomI didn't have breakfast as I thought it was a bit pricey. In the evening there was gentleman serving at the bar, I got the distinct impression he was new and I had to wait a while, which was fine but you need to review your price for a hot chocolate, it was a bit steep and then there wasn't enough change!!!
The staff were great, I had an issue with my passport and had to wait almost 24 hours before I could receive it. I live 2 hours from the passport office and decided to stay in a hotel that was close. When I explained this to the team they allowed me into my room early, I really appreciated this. The room was comfortable and clean.

BotswanaIt’s a nice hotel but they could do better when it comes to the cleaning of the rooms . The way they made the bed on some days was untidy. I also found stains on the toilet paper and hairs in the bathroom when I checked in .

United KingdomReception told us room not ready we arrived at 3:30pm after check in time! They tried to find another room and said they upgraded our Duluxe Queen room to Duluxe King room with walk in sower which I require but got to the room it had a bath!! So not only did they not have our booked room ready they gave us one tjat did not have a walk in shower. Bit annoyed at this point. Tired fed up they finally gave us a correct room. Spoilt our visit.

United KingdomChose room service for breakfast one day, it was cold, the coffe thankfully was hot and there was plenty of it. I was at the end of a corridor on the 6th floor so perhaps room service was not a good choice.
Staff were helpful and friendly which contributed to the relaxed and friendly atmosphere of the hotel. I enjoyed my stay.

United KingdomNo lock on the bathroom door. The bed was a little firm for our liking and pillows very soft but that is more of a personal preference than an issue with the hotel other than that no other issues.
Hotel was fantastic, clean and easily accessible. No problems with parking on site. Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay again.

United KingdomBed was very squeaky. Pillows were not comfortable. Only one comfortable chair to watch tv but there were two of us staying in the room. No hooks to hang towels or clothes in the bathroom. The worst part of our stay was the restaurant - steak was grisly, chicken tough and it was very expensive for the quality of the food.
Breakfast was very good. The room was a good size. The hotel was close to the airport. Really loved the cookie and snacks.

Room No: 245 Overnight parking charge a bit excessive, but not a deal breaker. ‘In case of Fire’ instructions on the back of the room door are for the room next door, Rm 246.
