The walls between rooms were very thin and unfortunately our neighbours got in at 1am and talked until 5:30am. It woke both my husband and I up. They weren’t making an unreasonable amount of noise - no tv or music, it was just their general normal talking volume.

Loved the location, parking, bar, restaurant and room. I can’t state enough how fantastic the staff were. They couldn’t have been any more helpful, especially Sham and Ben at the front desk.

No Pool

Staff were so friendly. There was room service and they came to clean the room whenever requested. They also gave welcome cookies that were absolutely gorgeous and WARM. They also provide free bottles of water.

The rooms were very small pictures make it look way different online, the view was on the side of the water and construction was being done. No microwave to be able to heat up leftover food we had to go next door to another hotel to do so. When your a tourist on vacation you spend money on food not to throw away.

The staff was amazing very friendly and always willing to help. Area wasn't to far from everything.

Location - was poor to get to and from as DLR currently under maintenence (not really hotels fault). Bar was unexpectedly closed.

When a member of staff asked me to meet him on the floor which my new room will be allocated. He saw I had a heavy bag but did not offer to assist. Also, being a four star hotel, as we were told. They really should have had bath robes & Slippers. As most hotels I have been to do have.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. I booked accessible rooms and did realise it but the lady at reception offered to exchange the rooms. Plus, we were offered warm cookies. Breakfast was good and quite a variety of choices. The bar area was a really good place to chill out with lots of seating, comfortable sofas. There were free hot chocolate, crisps and free in reception area

The only complaint we had was that the heating was a little loud and we were unable to turn it off.

Cookies on arrival were a wonderful surprise! The bed was large and really comfortable. Good view and clean room.

Need a decaffeinated Tea and coffee option

Staff were pleasant and eager to please. Parking on site. ( charge applies) free snack on entry. Comfy rooms with Tea and coffee etc .. breakfast was good too

Sink in room badly cracked. To ask for a gratuity on a bar bill when a service charge has already been applied, I think is pushing the boundaries of acceptability

Female bar assistant was a bit rude and got drinks order mixed up and made out it was our fault despite there being other witnesses at the bar.

Smooth check in. Lovely to be handed a cookie too. Room very comfortable, tea and coffee facilities great. Also having an iron and ironing board was very helpful, a lot of hotels don't include these in the room. Also complimentary snacks in reception a nice touch. All staff apart from one in the bar were lovely.

You have to walk through the restaurant to get to the lift for the upper floors which is a little odd.

Location is absolutely fantastic, so easy to drive to and just a DLR away from central London. Clean and modern and the reception staff are very friendly
