The fact that my room was on the first floor and my friends room was on the fifth.

This hotel is exceptionally good value, the rooms were excellent and the food considering the price was great, well cooked, good choices and tasty. Pleasant friendly and helpful staff. I and my friends were very impressed

Fantastic location as it is just around the corner from the First Direct Arena. Staff are helpful and very pleasant. Our room was very clean and the beds very comfortable. Lovely breakfast and all in all a very pleasant trip. Have booked again for another event later in the year.

Reception was accessible to anyone off the street. Although the lifts were accessible only with room key, anyone cis able to get in the lift with you. A gentleman, who I assumed was a guest, got into the lift with me in the evening when no staff were on reception and said he was on the same floor as me, which did not feel very safe.

The following are suggestions which would have enhanced my stay. Would have liked 1) shower cap in room 2) robe (although at this price point that would be difficult I understand that 3) more egg varieties at breakfast eg fried 4) Need a hot milk option on the drinks machine - I like more hot milk in coffee 5) We may have missed this but I didn't see any cold drinking water available near the drinks machine. It was available at breakfast

Very good location. Nicely appointed room. Comfortable bed. Great shower in a good sized bathroom. Breakfast good. Overall good value. Breakfast staff very welcoming. Good to have complimentary drinks available in the lobby. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

I always stay at the Ibis when I visit Leeds. It’s only a sport walk into the city centre, lots of places to eat & drink close by too. The beds & bedding are always comfy & the room temp is adjustable.

Brilliant location, parking is off-site but only a 2 min walk. Good sized, clean room. Comfy bed, air-conditioning, decent size bathroom with walk-in shower. Even good coffee! (Including decaf) Good breakfast selections. Close to everything you need. Tiny details we'd change - toilet roll holder - so close to the toilet you almost sit on it. Music at breakfast was dreadful. Really lovely short stay. Will definitely stay again next time we're in Leeds.

The hotel has amazing locality, the stuff was friendly, and the room was clean. It was a little smaller, but it was perfectly fine as we stayed only for one night. We appreciated complimentary coffees/teas, as well as great working space in the lobby. Would definitely recommend.

It was our second time here within a few months. Excellent is all I can say. We were opposite the lifts so I was a bit worried about the noise but I didn’t hear a thing all night. The rooms are spotless and the check in was quick. We like a cold room so the climate control worked perfectly, the tv was modern and new. The complimentary coffee in the reception was great after a long day.

Breakfast was a little disjointed. Didn't have all hot food available together. Seemed to be waiting for bacon or eggs or sausage.

Excellent location for the Arena. Rooms clean and tidy. Discount car parking.
