“The location is ideal almost city centre, although there is a large busy road outside this did not cause any issues. This is my friend and I have stayed here before, it is close to both train and bus stations, there is pub across the road which does excellent food, the hotel is also excellent value. We had a room booked before covid and we were able to rebook not just once but twice without too much of an issue, we were eventually able to the concert we had planned and to have not lost any money through the lockdowns etc was greatly appreciated. I also find it a great thing that checkout is not until 12.00.”

“Fantastic location as it is just around the corner from the First Direct Arena. Staff are helpful and very pleasant. Our room was very clean and the beds very comfortable. Lovely breakfast and all in all a very pleasant trip. Have booked again for another event later in the year.”
