Great room ... well appointed ...nice views...great breakfast and dinners and pub!! Managers Craig and Claire were so friendly and helpful in so many ways. Nearby Golf is also fun! Kudos to all the staff especially the Kitchen staff! Well Done!

It was expensive, we paid £200 for a standard rather small room, but guess you are paying for proximity to the airport. Food was rather pricey and drinks very expensive (almost £10 for a large glass of house wine) and we are used to Glasgow prices. Staff were very nice but they were short staffed in the restaurant (which was busy), by the time our drinks arrived we had almost finished our food.

Good location for the airport (which was the reason for our stay), liked the fact it is on the canal. Food was very good, but pricey. Bed was comfy, good size bathroom.

The Bridge is a lovely hotel and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. It’s location is perfect relative to the airport and physically it is in a beautiful setting next to the canal. The hotel restaurant was superb! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!!

Just a one night stay for early depart to airport which is so close by. The staff were so friendly and incredibly helpful with some forward travel queries we had. Lunch and dinner there was top notch. We enjoyed a walk along the canal path and the surrounds. The room we had was large and appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities.

We stayed at the hotel two nights and ate once in the restaurant. We really enjoyed both. The staff really cares about the satisfaction of the customer and the place is really nice. The room was lovely, it had a charming view, and there is a great attention to cleanliness. There was a tray in the room with a kettle (very clean - for us it was important) for tea (which is now usual in most hotel), but there was also a coffee machine and very nice biscuits and a choice of tea that is truly appreciable. The center of Edinburgh can easily be reached by bus (there is a bus stop just next to the hotel) and train (but be organized for the bus schedule - one per hour).

I felt the cost of the room was a little high compared to other places we stayed in Scotland. To be fair, the Bridge Inn is close to Edinburgh and rooms cost more in that area, so it was not extreme. We felt the food was correctly priced for the quality of the meals. Of our 3 weeks in Scotland, this was the second most expensive hotel room, but was not the nicest of the rooms we stayed in during our trip. Again, the area is beautiful and the room was clean and comfortable.

The food was incredible. We had dinner and breakfast at the Bridge Inn and were very impressed. The atmosphere was wonderful and peaceful. We will definitely eat here again when we are in the area. The hotel room was clean and simple and very quiet. It was our first night in Scotland for a 3 week trip and a great place to land and rest from our flight.

Great place to stay and meet friends before flying out back to Australia. Staff were great, venue both as a meeting place and hotel was lovely. Cosie, comfy, personal and peaceful. Dinner and drinks in the pub were v good

The dinner that night was the best Yorkshire pudding I have ever had. The manager at the hotel and restaurant was engaging and made sure that everything was to our satisfaction. Why stay at the airport when you can enjoy a B&B in a very pretty setting only 10 minutes away.

Small room and could have used a fan since no AC. Bar downstairs can be loud especially when you have to leave windows open to get air in summer.

Duvet top cover instead of top sheet. When it gets warm duvet has to be thrown off and no sheet to cover with. Also The fact I doubt duvet covers are washed after each use unlike sheets. You don't know who's dirty body has been under it prior!!!!!

What a gem! Hidden just a few miles from the airport it made for a wonderful and convenient last night in Edinburgh. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a wonderful beer garden that overlooks the canal, historic pub, plus outdoor and indoor eating for their restaurant. The food was excellent! We spent our last hours strolling the walking paths along the 30 mile canal. Highly recommend!
