We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdomhot breakfast menu looks amazing but note its only served from 8am. not ideal as we had to leave by 7:30 to get to work. the continental buffet from 7am is pastries and Kellogs cereal.
Great room with comfy bed and fabulous shower. We were upgraded from the twin room we had booked at the last minute to escape the mess of building work at home. pleasantly surprised and would recommend to friends/visitors.

Excellent location- we were visiting St Nicholas park and the castle with children. The family room was spacious and had all we needed. Nice decor, linen&towels. Coffee machine &kettle. Secondary glazing worked ok. Good shower. Sadly the mattress on our double bed was very old and the springs had gone in the middle of my side so sleeping was very uncomfortable- manager informed on checkout. Bar&restaurant staff very friendly. Food delicious and nothing was too much trouble even with the request from one ‘fussy’ child of ours. The cooked breakfast, included in our room rate, was very good quality produce and lots of hot options. We used the parking down the road at Sainsburys, booking before we arrived - very simple sand safe.

United KingdomVery odd check-in procedure indeed !! I.e. Would anybody with a shred of “fraud risk recognition” cheerfully hand over their credit card to somebody, they’ve never met before, and have that person then tap their important card details into a screen that can’t be seen by the card holder and that they don’t have clear access to? Although I don’t doubt the honesty of the check-in manager, these details being input into an unseen screen, could in theory be being saved anywhere and for nefarious purposes, without the card holders permission. When I queried this, I was told that this was normal and accepted company procedure. Well, having worked in International Operational Risk for many years, I beg to differ with this view and suggest that it needs urgent amendment. The stairs are very steep indeed.
The lovely decorated room (room 18). Nice tasty breakfast. The helpful, attentive and professional staff. Nearness to all of the key sights of Warwick.
