The property was lovely and very comfortable! Also had great amenities everything you could need and a bus stop just 2ins away so easy access to Edinburgh central.

Extremely comfortable and clean - within an easy commute from downtown Edinburgh on a main bus route. Lovely comfortable suite in an executive home in a nice, quiet neighbourhood.

I'm a technophobe so found the smart TV a bit difficult but soon got the hang of it and got to watch strictly come dancing on iPlayer. No other concerns

The welcome we received, the attention to our needs. Lovely location for our needs linlithgow palace, blackness castle and five sisters zoo. Near shops, lovely garden, loved the accomodation and we made lovely meals between the toaster, fridge and microwave. Cleanliness excellent. Excellent shower.

The en-suite had a small sink which was only suitable for hand washing because of the height of the corner shelf above it. The sink in the toilet was better, so we spent time going from one room to the other to get ready. A simple solution would be to get rid of the corner shelf. Lack of kitchen sink, cooking facilities and washing machine would not make it a suitable stay for longer than the weekend.

Host was amazing, very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast basket was very welcoming and practical. The bed was really comfy and the room was airy. The shower was great too. The location was ideal for us.

Kathy, provided us with a variety of snacks, cheeses, fruit and breakfast goodies! She opened her heart and home to us. She gave us advice on transportation. The unit was spacious and having two bathrooms was great!

the host is friendly. The host was accommodating. The shops are easy to get to. There was a chip shop only 5 min walk. the food from chip chop food was good.

Everything was perfect - spotlessly clean, comfortable beds with crisp white bedding. Lovely soft white towels and complimentary toiletries. Plenty of storage space and hangers. Kitchenette area with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Perfect location to visit Edinburgh with direct bus and train routes.

We adored staying with Kathy. The booking was far beyond our expectations and the photos provided don't do it justice. Everything was spotless! And we were presented with a welcome basket on arrival. If we ever go back to Scotland again we'll definitely be staying here.

The heating was turned off- which I hear is normal during the summer. I would suggest a better hot water heater as a 10 min shower between 4 people is not cool or too cool.

She left us a basket of “goodies” and refrigerate had yogurt milk etc for breakfast. It was nice. Walking distance to the little town and nice private garden. Parking off the street.

Amazing accomodation, amazing host! Kathy was so super nice and answered every possible question I had and even helped when we had scheduling problems with booking.com - just so helpful! We even got a little complimentary breakfast basket. The next bus stop is only 200 metres away and the bus takes you straight into Edinburgh!
