It was a bit noisy until 11pm but we knew it was above a bar so we expected it. The room was a bit down at heal, and I think it wasn't worth what we paid for it. There are better hotels in Newcastle for this price point

Reception is out the back, no toilet paper in room and bathroom was a bit dirty. Also bar downstairs that was quite loud but shuts at 11 so not too late. Should offer breakfast.

The location is great and very affordable price, had good room amenities. Jam jar restaurant downstairs - amazing food.

Big spacious room, a bathroom. It was simple but warm and clean. Also had a kitchenette with tea and coffee- although no mugs. Also the use of a kitchen with cooking facilities & a fridge downstairs. Towels provided Check in was easy. And all information provided before our arrival!

It's above a bar in the middle of the student arrwa so until midnight it's very loud. But after that it quietens down quite quickly.

Clean and very large room. The bar staff from under the rooms were helpful for finding the keys.

The bed quilt was a bit coarse from the feathers, me and my partner kept getting poked often, my partner even had a scrath down her leg from it.

Access to tv and video apps and channels was amazing, having a microwave and a kettle was really good too, the shower was really nice too.

The hotel room floor was dirty, there were insects, and I were scared and couldn't sleep.

‏The hotel location was excellent, and there was a receptionist who was very amazing in dealing with me, and I appreciate that a lot. The food was delicious and exceeded my expectations. Thank you.

Sink was unclean and no hot water from hot tap. Noise from the pub was bad, even on a Tuesday during the week, which wasn't ideal for me as I wanted an early night.

Good room size, plenty of space, bed was comfortable. Very easy access to metro station, and selection of shops all easily walkable.

Nobody in person to talk to, its like student accomodation where you just look after yourself. As middle-aged adults we expected more. Basic room with shower. The whole room needs some TLC re maintenance and a picture on the wall would even help!! Contacted the owner to explain our concerns but not reply yet ( a week later).

Went in and immediately was greeted by two dirty sponges by the sink, one with some hairs in it. I wasn’t using the sink so this wasn’t an issue other than putting me a bit off. Bathroom door hinge was broken meaning I couldn’t close the door. Shower was a bit slow

Great location due to being close to Jesmond metro Cheaper than other alternatives so definitely would go again if the time to arrises

The hotel was a bit disjointed unorthodox with entrance at the back via the car park and having to find the locker box to put your door keys in, at one point I thought I couldn't get out especially with leaving so early in the morning to go to work, this however would be easier second time around.

The room didn’t offer kitchen as it appeared in photo or bath . The kitchen is a shared one downstairs with washing machine Found this to be misleading Plus room was noisy due to bar downstairs The radiator could not be turned off so room was like a oven

we found the bed was a bit small and uncomfortable but we were only there for one night - also, the door leading from the parking spaces to the building wasn’t locked, we were told we needed a code but we later found out the latch was stuck on open so i felt a little uneasy about that, despite the cctv in place

location was great, we had a lovely walk around and was easy to get into town
