Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We had such a lovely stay at this hotel! One of the best things about it is the location—it’s just a short 10-minute walk to the metro, though it feels even quicker. Plus, the 5-day metro ticket is only €8.90, which saved us so much on travel! There are also some adorable coffee shops and cozy pubs just five minutes away, perfect for a relaxing evening. The hotel itself is great—our bed was super comfortable, and we slept really well. We also had a cute little balcony, which was a lovely touch! The TV had a good selection of movies and news channels, and breakfast was tasty with a nice variety of options. The staff were absolutely wonderful—so kind and helpful, which made our stay even better!

The A/C in the room was not adjustable. It was probably centrally programmed to warm only. We could only turn it on or off. It was on 25 degrees (C) and the room was already hot enough.
The staff was kind and took robust actions through our stay. The room was big and clean.

Small elevator
The STAFF was fantastic. Front End woman/girl, cant remember her name was happy, greeted us, very good information. It was a pleasure dealing with her.

Shower/bathtub tap is inconveniently placed and awkward to use.
Staff is very customer-centric: professional, courteous, friendly. Pleased with room cleanliness. House staff returned my credit card carelessly lost outside my room! Helen is a very honest person who tidied our room every day.

The decor is a bit outdated, and breakfast could've been better.
Hotel is 2 min walk from the airport bus stop (Mavilia Square) and also 2 metro stations. The receptionist was super nice, the room was a good size and very clean, bathroom was big with good water pressure. It was very quiet as the hotel is located on a little side street.

The bathroom looked old but semi refurbished and the water pressure in the sink was very strong causing water to splash everywhere which all ended up on the floor because the vanity was not level. It just made a mess.
The bed was comfortable, the living space was comfortable as was the couch and armchair. The WiFi was good enough to have zoom meetings. The staff was extremely helpful, courteous and generous with their time. Their restaurant on the corner had good traditional Greek food with traditional Greek prices. The restaurant staff was very kind and helpful. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

We booked two room of equal value, one was significantly better than the other (larger room and larger bathroom) which was awkward as to who got which room. The bathrooms need a total renovation at they were both in very poor condition,

The morning shift front desk guy was not helpful. I wanted to check out and he was upset he had to put his breakfast down and stop eating. The showers are a but different with it open on one side and no shower head holder - you have to manually hold the shower head.
The night shift front desk guy did an excellent job, was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had good options and was tasty. Location was close to supermarket, restaurants, and pharmacy.

the in-room wifi was really slow; I had to come to the reception in order to work the room was very hot since the walls are tiny I believe or too old..the air con had to run all the day in order to make it comfortable; means even when I left the room I had to keep it working
