I did choose the accommodation because it said they had a bath in the bathroom. Turns out, there are NO baths at all in the establishment. False advertising that needs to be changed.
There is no room at all to open your bag in the room, except on the bed. ….which isn’t hygienic. Did not like the towels at all. Was like drying yourself with a paper towel. Staff were lovely tho.”

I had an issue with neighbouring guests one evening who turned out to be fairly abusive. The next morning I talked with the Manager and he arranged for me to move to another room. They were very helpful and I really appreciated their service.
I did find the lifts were incredibly slow.”

“We were scammed! We pre-booked and paid about three days before. We arrived at the hotel to be told the room was
no longer available, NO alternatives were offered. The excuse was that they had had a fire, however NO fires were reported in the complex! It was a very busy Saturday night where the spot price had increased by 150%, obviously our pre-paid room was let for a higher figure. We ended up finding another room elsewhere for 110% higher than what we prepaid. To make matters worse the owner showed no remorse behaving atrociously. NEVER AGAIN.”
