Check in and checkout queues took longer than expected.

The room was very spacious and had everything you needed to relax. Great toiletries included and great sized bath. The neighbourhood is very quiet, but that was what I was after. Definitely would stay again. The bonus is the great views over the water.

No coffee or tea in the room. However all other facilities are available. The place was good for me as it is near to CHUK hospital where my course was but it is considered far away from the other places however the MTR station is close by. The price in the hotel is more expensive than booking which was strange.

The hotel is so convenient, super clean and elegant. Most of the staff are professional and friendly there is a gentleman his name is sunny in concierge disk he was so cooperative and made my life easy wish him the best.

Could have had real coffee possibilities plus more real milk in the fridge.

As before harbour view was amazing and visible from the bath. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Good seating possibilities. Good buffet breakfast included.

Hotel is not in the city center, however metro is nearby. There is no cafes for breakfast nearby.

Hotel is very new, modern and stylish. Everything in bathroom was working. Hyatt level! Bar has live music performances in the evening - singing european and british hit songs. Coctails are somewhat interesting but pricey. View from the room is incredible - panoramic view on the bay!

It took about an hour to check in and about 30 minutes to check out. So weird. One checkin person and a line of maybe 20 people. And once someone was at the counter, there was no quick turnaround. Average counter time per person was 14 minutes. Even after they called more staff, there seemed to be a problem with every check in. Even the most simple checkout in the morning (mine) took at least 10 minutes. So strange!

Location as we were playing golf at Hong Kong Golf club at Fanling which is just 20-30 minutes by taxi. Breakfast was good. Swimming pool unfortunately was under maintenance. Short walk to university MTR station

Room service wasn't always available but I think it was due to the number of weddings taking place. Must have came across 5 to 6 weddings from our 12 night stay! It was only a minor inconvenience for us as we were very tired from long days out but there was an eatery beside the trainstation. We were told by family members that we could have ordered through apps such as deliveroo but we did not think of this. The outdoor pool could have been warmer but then again, the weather was unusually cold during December. The weather did warm up during our second week in Hong Kong but the pool could have been a tad warmer.

It was very spacious, more so than we expected. Very clean in which housekeeping went above and beyond, and they were very warm and very receiving. In fact, all staff members were fantastic. The hotel is right beside a train station so it is very convenient located. Hong Kong public transport is top notch and very frequent. We couldn't book an extra day/half day stay due to us checking out on new year's eve as the hotel was fully booked. However, the hotel let us keep our luggage securely stored while we spent the day out as our flight wasn't until late in the night. They also let us use the gym shower facilities so that we could freshen up before our flight home.
