    “The staff were amazing. Facilities weren't great but maybe because it was festive peak season. Absolutely loved Fadly, one of the receptionist. He was accommodating and kind as well. Changed my room 3 times as first one the hot water wasn't working and the aircond was not cold. Second room was okay minus the fact that it was a room with a joint door and it has no privacy as you can see into the next room if you try hard enough. Third room was fine. The lift takes a while. Food was good, drinks a bit bland but otherwise wasn't too bad. It was super packed for the festive season”

Especially Mr. Riandi, Mr. Ricky, and Ms. Chika from the Food & Beverages department, and by Ms. Deina, Mr. Dwi, and Mr. Andi from the reception were always very friendly and helpful! They seem to always be putting a lot of passion in their work day by day. By doing that they make a noticeable impact for the guests and thus their stay even more pleasant!”
