“The worst room I've ever stayed in. Nothing in the room works except the AC and fridge. There's no wifi, tv doesn't work, water dispenser doesn't work, no water boiler, there's a big hole on the roof in the bathroom. The garbage bin wasn't emptied until I check out (3 nights).”
