ItalyThe location is OK if you have a scooter. Can't walk to anywhere close by. The reality is nothing like the pics on here. The place is quite dirty and not well maintained which is a pity cause it has great potential. They clean everyday but I had to ask them three times to change the sheets cause everytime they changed them there were stains on them as soon as I arrived. Thr bathroom isn't clean at all and I had to clean it myself. But they do clean... Just not to European standards I guess... They only use a weird broom (not so well) and a mop that I've never seen them cleaning.
The staff is there 24/7 and they are always accomodating. There's a pool (though not so clean and nothing like the pictures on here). The room is super spacious with a small living room before your bedroom. Big shower. Super comfy bed and pillows A/C!

If you flying the next day, and have no time to tour around, then it is very near to airport in a quiet area, however bit far from other attractions.

Australia1. We looked at 4 different rooms and a villa within the resort in Person and all of them had unclean and outdated bathrooms 2. Pictures are added from a long time ago, bathrooms do not look like that 3. Breakfast was very limited options (only 3 options) 4. Not the best location (far from Uluwatu main attractions & restaurants) 5. We booked 2 rooms asked to move and was told we need to wait to hear from management about decision, we come back in the night and all our belongings are moved to the 2nd room without consulting us

Czech RepublicCOCKROACHES IN BED If you love cockroaches running away from the bed and hair of previous guest in the shower and on your pillow, you must visit this disgusting hotel – the worst hotel you have ever stayed! We paid for 5 rooms and we got 5 dirty, un-cleaned (untidy), stinking rooms. The receptionists refused to give us clean rooms. We left cockroaches on rooms and changed hotel immediately.

The hotel room was spotless and the cleaning staff extremely friendly. The linen was changed regularly. The hotel has a wonderful pool which is great in the heat of Bali. The hotel is located to many shops and laundries which we used regularly. If visiting Bali again I will definitely rebook this hotel.

IndonesiaThe staff at the front. The check in was not smooth as what I expected. When I came, nobody was on the reception desk, I had to call them for two times. Then, I showed my booking confirmation. Surprisingly, they didn't find my booking on their system. How did I know? Because they were talking and figuring out to find my booking in front of me lol. I had requested high floor room with terrace view, late checkout and breakfast inclusion. They did not even confirm my requests. When I inform them about the room location request, he immediately refuse by saying that there was construction going on while the reservation agent did not inform me prior my arrival. I double checked the person whom I talked to regarding my requests in Booking.com chats, she was the representative of this hotel, to the reception and suprisingly again he said he do not know who she is. Lol, a few mins later he finally gave me the room key only. Nothing was reconfirmed regarding my booking :)
I chose the Superior Room with Terrace View and Double Bed. Although I stayed only in a short period, I like the room the most which was clean, neat and fragrant. I could highlight the space is big that it has bedroom, bathroom and living room inside. The amenities are all set. The room was worth the price.
