    “The hotel is just ok. It is listed as 5* but is a bit outdated. If you are European this will be a decent 3* hotel rather than 5*. It needs a bit of refurbishments. Outside of that everything was perfect! The staff is super helpful and go way above to accommodate you. The restaurants are ok. The room was spacious and clean, but a bit mouldy smell. We enjoyed the stay and it was good value for money, but didn’t wowed us.”

    “Bed sheets were clammy and given a rough blanket to sleep with. Bugs crawling on the wall next to the pillow (see images attached) Bugs in the room. Dirty bathrooms. The rooms stank of damp. There was mould everywhere all up the walls and near the beds. Was meant to stay 3 nights here and ended up cancelling my booking and only staying one just because I couldn’t find anywhere else. Would have booked somewhere else if I could have. Weirdly the view is so beautiful and the pool area is so nice so really sad I had to leave here due to the conditions of the room.”

    “Overall, we had a great stay at this villa! The property was beautiful, with a nice small swimming pool, and we especially loved the freshly cooked breakfast served every morning—it was a wonderful way to start the day. However, there were a couple of downsides. The bathtub was quite frustrating to use—the hot water would run out halfway through filling, and we had to wait about 10 minutes for it to heat up again. By then, the water in the tub would get cold, making it pretty much useless. Additionally, we were surprised to find no hair dryer or brush when we arrived, though the staff did provide them the next morning after we asked. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning, hopefully with these small improvements addressed in the future!”

    “Lulu’s feels like a lush, tranquil oasis just a few minutes motorbike ride away from the buzz of Bingin. Lovely pool area with lots of places to chill, either in the sun or tucked away in between the lush foliage in the shade. Ice bath is a big plus. The staff at Lulu’s is amazing and will make you feel right at home and their sweet dogs Peanut, Nunu and Lexi will great you with wagging tails. We will absolutely make Lulu’s a mandatory stay at all our Bali trips to come.”
