Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

PolandRooms are spacious and clean. The pool is very enjoyable and is located close to both the rooms and the bar. They serve good breakfasts. The location is great - very close to the gym and restaurants. Also worth mentioning is that it’s really quiet there, which is important for light sleepers like me.

United KingdomRoom was slightly on the darker side but still very lovely, and the bright outside shower/toilet made up for it!
Such a beautiful little spot. Quite a quiet boutique style hotel so better for that option. Staff were so nice and learnt your name which made it feel very personal.

SingaporeThe aircon in the room was a little noisy during the night. And if the guests in the neighbour room are louder, it can be somewhat disturbing. In the bathroom there could be conditioner besides the shampoo and shower gel, and a little more light in the bathroom would make it more comfortable.
Super cute place with a lush and green garden, very nice and clean pool, lovely cafe with easy dishes and drinks. Staff is fantastic, they try to personalize their service for you. Rooms are spacy and comfortable, the mosquito net around the bed is very useful. We loved the open bathroom.

A little paradise with a great pool and awesome staff. I really enjoyed just sitting at the open bar, both the food and drinks were delicious. It is next to Bambu Fitness, so we could stay fit during our stay:)

Super quiet and peaceful location in busy Bingin. Great staff. Lovely gardens and outlook from rooms. Slept so well here. Walking distance (albeit a busy road) to lots of different locations (gym/yoga/restaurants).

SwitzerlandA little pricy for what it has to offer as activities in the resort, but it's Uluwatu
All the design, the food, close to Uluwatu Temple, close to the beach (for which you have to pay!)

FranceNothing I did not like but a couple things if they want to be event better :) First, this property may consider going adults only given it is boutique nature and to maintain calm atmosphere. We were woken up unfortunately during our first night by neighbors' kid quite early in the morning who came knocking our door by mistake. Second, rooms are all nice but having a TV could be something to consider especially on rainy Bali days. Restaurant can also provide more food options given how tasty they are.
A piece of oasis in Bali. I cannot recommend this property enough. It has a lovely garden and very relaxing pool area. Staff are all very attentive and extremely professional and welcoming. They make you feel like a family. Breakfast is delicious especially the healthy bowls. Special mention to coffee/cappuccino. It was from another world, truly exceptional like in Italy. Had both lunches and dinners, all delicious and fresh. Location is great too, very close to yoga facilities, good restaurants, beaches and cafes. Both lively and safe area. Room was cosy, and well maintained. Massage service was excellent too. I cannot wait to come back to Mule Malu, thank you for everything!

AustraliaThe only thing that could have been a bit better is the WIFI in the rooms. The resort wifi in common areas was good, but room wifi was hit and miss - but it was still manageable!
This place was a perfect 10 on all fronts and I will definitely be back here in the future. Location was literally perfect. Literally 30m from the best gym in Uluwatu, 2 min walk to the coworking space and yoga studio. Great rooms, perfect pool, the in house restaurant was so good that I ate a few meals there which I normally don't do at hotels. Staff were amazing. I will stay here again.

SerbiaGreat place! No doubt about it! 1) the hotel has only villas around the pool and restaurant - closed territory 2) very attentive staff, know everyone personally, try to make friends and be helpful, be like family 3) the villas are small, but everything is done wisely 4) the pool and recreation area are thought out to the smallest detail 5) the restaurant is excellent, prices and quality of food are at a good level.

Mule Malu Tropical Stay is just wonderful. Beautiful rooms, gardens and pool area, it feels like a calming oasis. Everything is super clean and well tended to. The staff are all absolutely lovely and cannot do more for you, always smiling and happy to help. I loved it so much I kept extending my stay and was there for 11 days. It is also a very good location with an awesome gym (Bambu Fitness) opposite and Alchemy yoga just a 7min walk away. Lots of lovely cafes and restaurants are a very close walk. I will definitely be back!

AustraliaThe only small downside was the bathroom being a bit slippery after rain. and it was hard to keep the towels dry from the rain.
We love Mule Malu! The location is perfect just across from the famous Bamboo Gym, surrounded by yoga studios, cafes, and shops, with a short drive to the beach. The accommodation is well taken care of and cozy, with a beautiful lush garden and a relaxing pool area. We especially loved the breakfast, with plenty of options and excellent coffee. The staff is super friendly and welcoming.

GermanyWe stayed at Mule Malu and had a mixed experience. The location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance—great options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. However, it’s not the quietest place. During our stay, there was noise from a construction site next door, a nearby gym, and even a loud neighbor playing music late at night (the thin walls didn’t help). On the plus side, the garden and pool area are lovely and comfortable, and the staff was very kind. We also enjoyed the food and drinks they served. That said, the place could really use a deep cleaning. The floors, towels, mosquito nets, and even the hammock in the garden felt a bit neglected. While the interior isn’t bad, it all feels a little worn down, which takes away from the overall experience. For the price, we expected better upkeep, but it’s still a nice spot, especially for families - there were some happy kids.

BrazilThey could add amenities that, even if not essential, are helpful, such as an iron and more hangers.
It is charming, peaceful, comfortable, and green everywhere. It really makes you feel relaxed. The rooms are beautiful. The outside bathroom and showering while looking at the stars add even more to the experience.
