Our second stay at this villa and we were welcomed back with open arms and smiles. Ratna, Yudi and the rest of the crew were attentive, appreciative and are now also good friends with my wife and I. We stayed at Cempaka 1 villa which has a beautiful rainforest outdoor bathroom and high ceiling Balinese style bedroom with a lot of space. Probably one of the most comfortable king beds and pillows I've slept on. The daily fresh fruit supply and convenient location not to mention expansive views were a nice bonus.

We have centipedes on the bathroom and we have kids, showerheads missing but have been replaced immediately.

I like the space the view the staff they are superb. Restaurant food not that superb but somehow ok however their fruits and fantastic and the juices.

Location was bit far from all the tourist activities. Washroom being open air space with lots of insects was not what i am used to.

From the moment we set foot on the property we felt like royalty. All of the staff were exceptional & my dear Ratnik went above & beyond. We could not ask for a better experience from such a beautiful team who actually engaged with us & seemed to enjoy giving us as guests joy. I could not credit the management or the whole team more from the gate keeper to the housekeeping staff. It warmed our hearts to have such an exceptional experience.

Recommended if looking for a relaxing/quiet/private stay. Attentive and friendly staff; beautiful villa including a (big) private pool and spacious bed- and bathroom. General facilities are well maintained with very nice views from the restaurant. Complex is close to the airport (15min), in between kuta and nusa dua. Small improvement-point: Bedroom and bathroom could use some upgrades, ao furniture and electric outlets.

There is no such things as we didn’t like - everything was good.

It is very peaceful with utmost cozy and wonderful experience based stay and has got plenty of set ups inside villa which gives entirely first time or atleast very new and interesting experience altogether.Staffs are very cooperative and their villa pool and the external pool both are truly amazing and we really enjoyed a lot.

From our Villa(Tilallang 2) we can hear the street noise On New Year’s Eve we were the only one who had the dinner,the food was mediocre. We were announced that the restaurant will be closed at 10 pm on New Year’s Eve and we were hurried to eat a 3 course meal in an hour.When we requested some more food for my boy,they said that they didn’t have any thing for us,or they made us understand that.The ashtray was not changed during our meal. The coffee was horrible. The Spa Center is not as good as they say. Villa Tillalang 2 ,where we stayed,can be improved. The furniture shows signs of wear.

There were barely any cups and glassware in the kitchen. Made it a little difficult to pour drinks when our friends were over (they stayed there too). Due to hard winds and rain the pool was often covered in leafs, which were not removed during cleaning.

The best thing about this place is the staff. They are an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived until we left, they have helped us perfectly and always with the biggest smiles. They have made our stay extra special. Other than that we had a spectaculair private villa with a stunning bathroom, bedroom and outdoor area. The pool could easily fit 10 people and the seating area was very nice to sit and hang with friends in the evening. Really liked the full sized fridge. We were able to store all our drinks and snacks easily. The complementary gallon of water was great too. They would refill it every time it was empty.

Nothing really. If we had a suggestion for improvement it's really just to stock up on the kitchen utensils and provide washing sponge and dishwashing liquid. The kitchen area is outdoors and rain wouldn't be a problem in dry season, but in December it rains quite a bit and so that area will get wet. Really, nothing to complain, just giving people an idea of what to expect :)

Spacious villa, beautiful grounds, definitely ticked a lot of boxes for a Bali getaway! A tranquil setting, the most hospitable staff (& helpful), breakfast menu was delightful (order the steak!) The villas are equipped with smart TVs so you can login to your favourite streaming app for days you want to do that. The grounds were maintained to a high standard and has a great lush feel. Not too pretentious; just nice. The placement of the villas are all done very nicely with a few cluster 'blocks' away from the main areas. Place is very secure, in terms of people coming in and out of the property from the main street. Cocomart just around the corner for snacks and supplies if needed, but Indomaret is literally next door! Plenty of food options with Grabfood, but also Jimbaran is not far away on Gojek/Grab if you want to venture out. There are warungs within walking distance but this might not be for everyone. Ps: If you look at the photos you'll understand why people want to get married here <3

It's off the road of a built-up suburban neighborhood, and you will need to use taxi/driver to go everywhere. The front is very quiet, but the back hill rises above a moderately busy street.

Lovely site, spacious villa, private pool, very nice breakfasts. It's much nicer than a big box site. It's convenient to the airport and to Nusa Dua.
