Onaya is a nice “resort” with great pool and great staff;you are not close to everything but they offer free shuttle service(covers 5km) but that is enough to get to padang-padang beach,or almost any shop and spa,just make sure you book in advance; the room is not very big, and at least our room had a heavy smell, in my opinion the room needs renovation;the room is cleaned daily,but no matter how much they clean-the smell persists;other than that,they try to make you feel as comfortable as possible,they provide free water, free colagen eye patches, mosquito repellant, year plugs,although we enjoyed the fauna sounds) and a nice motto changed daily(check you bed).the staff is amazing,and Deby was the best we have met in Bali,always ready to support you with whatever you need at any time;The BF was also nice,plenty awesome choices! To sum up,I would recommend the resort definitively!

Beautiful small-scale resort with very friendly staff who quickly make you feel at home. A lovely and clean resort just outside the hustle and bustle of the city. I also appreciated their help in booking activities and their great restaurant recommendations. The food was delicious as well. Manager Debby is a very kind woman who genuinely cares about her guests.

Everything was perfect

Location is amazing, design is gorgeous, lovely pool and lush greenery everywhere, breakfast was delicious and a la carte. The best was their top-notch attention to detail and premium customer service. Additionally, they offer free driver service within a 5 km radius. Absolutely incredible! We’ll definitely come back here.

Coffee is average and this could be improved.

Place is very nice and clean. We really like bungalow. Very comfortable bed. Very big shower and nice design. They have shattle to take you to places and pick you up if needed. Communication set up very convenient via WhatsApp and they response immediately. Pool is very nice. All grounds is very clean. Breakfast is OK. All stuff is very friendly and helpful. Would I stay again?: Yes! Welcome: Check-in happened late, outside of working hours - extremely appreciated! Location: Not within walking distance to main streets, beaches, restaurants, or beach clubs. Need to use a bike or call a car. Hotel Area: Very beautiful and peaceful. Staff: Very friendly and supportive. Cleanliness: Everything was good, no issues to mention. Room: Average size. - Wardrobe: Could be bigger for two people. - Bathroom: Very spacious, located outdoors. - WiFi: Reasonable speed, but not fast enough for remote work with a heavy load. Food: Reasonable menu options with good taste. Pool: Good size, clean, and illuminated at night. Value for Money: 10/10. Other: No mosquitoes. Main power sockets are not all functioning properly; some are loose and do not maintain a secure connection.

Everything!! If you are looking at this property book it now!! Debby, the property manager was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived she introduced herself to us and made us feel so welcome. She gave us lots of information about things to do in the local area and even sorted us out with a day trip to Nusa Penida. Every other member of staff also went so above and beyond. Being greeted with beautiful smiles at breakfast in the morning and we got lots of tips and cultural information from the lovely driver Isco. The property itself was beautiful, so quiet and peaceful and absolutely spotless. The pool area was beautiful and I could see staff checking the quality of the water everyday. Being provided with filtered water was also amazing and the breakfast was to die for! Overall we had the most amazing stay and we are looking forward to returning again. Thanks again Debby and all of the Onaya staff for making our stay so memorable 🥰

Sometimes can hear the other guests next door

Great location, peaceful and quiet but not far from the centre of uluwatu. Staff were so lovely and accommodating. I asked for an extra lamp for reading at night and they installed a whole new light. They are all full of positive energy. The free chauffeur service to town is fantastic. The rooms were clean, breakfast was also nice. Would definitely go back.

Electricity outlets need to be fixed, some of them are loose and not working.

Beautiful peaceful resort, we’ve had a great time. Romantic cottages with a breathtaking view of the pool. Food - everything perfect 10. Staff - very kind, made us feel as a family. Location - seems far from the center but in fact it is not - a car provided by the resort that takes you around. A lot of greenery for a tropical feel and a bathroom with open roof, so cool! Thank you Debbie and a beautiful team for an amazing stay!
