The hotel is just ok. It is listed as 5* but is a bit outdated. If you are European this will be a decent 3* hotel rather than 5*. It needs a bit of refurbishments. Outside of that everything was perfect! The staff is super helpful and go way above to accommodate you. The restaurants are ok. The room was spacious and clean, but a bit mouldy smell. We enjoyed the stay and it was good value for money, but didn’t wowed us.

We only had one night there could have been longer with another night.

I liked the resort as a whole. The pool area was nice and so was the bar and restaurant. The staff were very friendly. There was a shuttle down to the private beach .

The building is quite old, the room is not soundproof, the breakfast was so-so, and the hot water was hit and miss.

The staff were really nice and helpful. There is a private beach club for Novotel guests only, accessible by a free shuttle.

There were few problems in the rooms, but as soon as we notified reception they were dealt with. Was more removed from the beach than I anticipated, but there is a shuttle provided.

Rooms require refurbishing. Bathroom had water damage throughout which required maintenance during our stay. Beds / pillows / linen were also old and could do with replacing.

No fold out bed as stated on website, daughter had to just sleep on the couch. Only 2 towels left for a booking of 4 people.

Room was a good size, very roomy for a family of 4. Walking distance to Bali collection which was good for shopping other resteraunt options. Breakfast was nice, lots of options

Due to the rainy season, the wooden floor in my room is quite damp and a bit slippery. However, it's not a big trouble for me personally.

The food, the service,the environment, the beach,, everything is just so convenient there. P.S the private beach is what i love the most! I'd go back again ;)

They can maybe improve their pillows. They are very soft and very low.

Great hotel. Great facilities. Staff were extremely helpful. We request to upgrade our room with pool view and they really went out of their way to accommodate us for the entire stay.
