I was travelling solo and this was definitely not a place for solo travellers, as you don't really get to meet people. But this is not the hotel fault, it's just a comment I wanted to add for my fellow solo travellers. Also, in general, although you can walk to some facilities outside of the structure and some restaurants, the street is still pretty dangerous and filled with dogs, some of them very aggressive. There was one just outside the hotel. This unfortunately is very typical in Bali though, dogs there are very aggressive.

Very nice hotel! The rooms were very nice and clean, nice bathroom. The pool area was also very nice. I liked the breakfast, although towards the end can get a bit repetitive, but still very good. Very nice staff and service. The location was good to go Padang Padang, but unfortunately due to the bad weather the days before, the beach was a trash can, literally full with trash, so I did not enjoy it much. Overall very nice stay.

The soundproofing was poor, we could here almost everything from outside and the room next to us, luckily the other guests were silent. Even though there were a net in the bathroom window, there were still many mosquitos inside the bathroom so it was not very comfortable. I got bitten by at least one, even though I put mosquito repellent. The price of the stay was significantly higher compared to similar hotels in other places in Bali that we booked, so we expected the room to have a bit higher quality. The nearby padang padang beach was unfortunately a small disappointment.

We really liked our stay in the Room padang-padang. Before our journey we asked the hotel staff to arrange an airport transfer for us. Everything worked out very well and the hotel staff replied our messages quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful, location of the hotel was good and the breakfast was delicious. The main area with the pool was better than expected and it was pity that we didn't have more time to chill by the pool.

The rooms are great and the pool is very refreshing. The garden is beautiful and it is very close to Padang Padang beach and Thomas Beach. We rented a scooter and the parking lot is right beside this stay so it was an amazing location in the heart of everything.

The Room Padang-Padang was outstanding. The highlight was the staff. There is a clear ethos of politeness and helpfulness with everyone you come into contact with. The room was immaculate, as were the facilities in general. The location couldn't be better, with the local beach directly across the street and lots of bars nad restaurants within easy walking distance.

Our stay at The Room was perfect. The staff were so helpful, kind, and attentive. They were quick to help with everything we asked. They helped with our scooter rental. I was even offered a free tea or coffee one of the days I was sitting by the pool. The room was very clean and comfortable. Excellent location across from the beach entrance. Breakfast was delicious, a three course meal with fresh juice. Once we checked out and got to our next accommodation in Canggu I realized I left my swimsuit behind. We sent them a message and the quickly helped us arrange a gojek to drive it to us. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Everything about my stay was absolutely fantastic! The location couldn't be better—just a stone's throw away from Padang Padang Beach and surrounded by excellent restaurants and cafes. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist with anything we needed. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a delicious variety that set us up for the day. Our room was spotless, and the bathroom was nothing short of magnificent, featuring modern amenities and a lovely design. One of my favorite features was the beautiful swimming pool, which provided a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. It was well-maintained and offered a serene atmosphere to unwind. Overall, this experience exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

You could hear the traffic from the road, however, complimentary ear plugs are provided. I am a very light sleeper, but managed this fine.

The staff are incredibly hospitable and can't do enough for you. I loved that complimentary tea and coffee were available all day and you could have this delivered straight to your room by sending a whatsapp message. There was a water fountain in the lobby which you could access, as well as water in your room and a minibar that was priced in-line with the local shops. The staff helped book tickets and taxi's for us for some events which was realy helpful. The property itself is lovely and I could see a slip of the ocean from my upstairs balcony/room. My room was clean and well appointed. The included breakfast was plentiful and fresh and the pool area was beautiful to relax in. Literally across the road from Padang-Padang beach and a short walk to shops, restaurants and bars.

I can’t recommend this place enough

I’ve stayed so many times at The Room Padang Padang that I don’t know what else to mention. This hotel is little gem right at the heart of the action. Definitely stay here, and forget about everything else. Great value for money!

The property was so central which was great but this means you can’t get a totally tranquil quiet by the pool.

Incredible service around the clock and the staff were so attentive for example we got lots of feee coffee and they were so friendly. Gorgeous pool and we loved the sun loungers, so easy to get everywhere.

I’m pregnant, so struggled abit with the mattress being hard however when I mentioned it, the staff went out of their way to put a mattress topper on for me which was absolutely lovely and helped so much!

The staff were so caring and helpful, this was the best part! The location is fabulous, right in front of Padang Padang beach and the pool was good too. Very good value for money! Breakfast had a great selection and variety. After we checked out, we went for a walk before our transfer arrived. When we came back and were waiting the staff offered a room for us to shower in before our flight, seriously so kind!!
