Loved the helpfulness of staff. The service standards are very high. Overall ambience of the hotel was exceptional with many eating options. Breakfast was also excellent. Beach area was very nice with regular buggy ride back and forth. Another great thing was the complimentary pick and drop from/ to the airport - very few hotels offer this, so definitely a plus.

South AfricaThe room was the second last down the passage making it a bit of a long walk. The next door room was obstructing the few as it sits forward. and we looked onto the side walls. There is no seaview from our balcony.
Excellent food served buffet style. The room was furnished luxuriously. We received hats, beach bag and small gift. They made quite a fuss about spoiling us to celebrate our anniversary. The tub was filled with rose petals in heart shape, beautiful chocolate fondant cake, fresh fruit and towels folded in swans with red rose on the bed. The friendly and kind service was much appreciated.

AustraliaIf I had to be really picky, it was hard having only one central light switch for the whole room. When our child fell asleep, we had to turn off the lights to the room meant that even the bathroom lights were off! We couldn’t have any lights there. :( Another one to be aware of for those travelling with babies, the floors are wooden and makes noise when you walk. So if your baby is a light sleeper you have to be careful when you walk around the room. We had to silently hop at times 🤣
Could not fault this property at all! It was truely an amazing experience and one of the best stays we’ve had. Travelling with an 8 month old, the staff made the experience truely exceptional. From the butler, to all the restaurant staff and front of the house staff made it remarkable. Special mention to the butler Enda and buffet restaurant staff (Guna, Sureya)!

FranceIt isn’t a negative point as it depends what you are looking for but I would say that our experience was that after 10/11pm the bar / restaurants on site seemed to be very quiet with only a few people out. I guess however you could always walk 10 or so minutes to another hotel nearby if you wanted to be somewhere a bit more lively at night.
Me and my wife stayed here for 5 nights as part of our honeymoon and I believe it was the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff are very friendly - they all address you by name which makes you feel more welcomed and they honestly couldn’t have done anymore. Anything we asked for was not too much trouble and they were all very calm and happy to help. The facilities on site were amazing - we used the bikes for the day to explore other resorts nearby and see more of the beach and we also booked several services at the spa. The spa treatment was amazing and so relaxing. In terms of the location you have the impression you have a private beach (as you are just past all the busy hotels) so the beach isn’t crowded and it is very clean. They also have a great outdoor bar with plenty of great choices of cocktail. They also do a fire show every night at the hotel so you can take a cocktail and watch it from the bar. The food on site was exceptional. We booked the inclusive package (including buffet breakfast, afternoon tea and buffet dinner) and we enjoyed every meal. There is so much choice for breakfast and dinner and we noticed that there was lots of new choices each day. As it was our honeymoon they nicely decorated our bed and the bathroom which just made it extra special for us. For us we would like to come back to Bali just to come back here as it was so relaxing and the service was the best we have experienced.

Absolutely everything. The most spectacular resort we have encountered in Bali. The staff are exceptional, anticipating one’s every need, remembering guests names, genuinely caring. Most staff have been there for around 16 years - that speaks volumes. The amenities and villas are gracious and elegant. Private pools are maintained discreetly on a daily basis while guests sleep. Everyone should experience the St Regis, the patron saint of travellers works miracles for guests and those who visit guests are treated royally as well. Truly exceptional in every respect.
