Wasn’t a problem but property is off the main road and the road there isn’t a well made road. We got Grab rides into town

The whole property is absolutely beautiful, and villas are perfect. Made for a very nice honeymoon setting. All facilities like aircon etc were in great condition so our stay was very comfortable. Staff are all very friendly. Breakfast was simple but satisfying.

It was clean and well-maintained, and the service was efficient. I really enjoyed this spacious villa. It is located in a remote area.

Spa services not available, couldn’t book a massage. Dinner menu could be better. Location not attractive outside of the resort. Easy distance via taxi to other areas, but wouldn’t recommend walking from villa.

Beautiful grounds and friendly staff. Lovely Balinese style accomodation with great bathroom facilities. Nice pool and provided blow up rings which was a nice touch. Lots of bottled water supplied which we appreciated as nowhere near by to purchase more. Good breakfast buffet.

No gluten free bread available for b'fast Location - peaceful but a little too far to walk to main street and the road in and out was challenging for taxis. I would've walked but was advised against it. An onsite shuttle to and from the main street cafe strips would work at a small fee per person instead of relying on taxis all the time. At times it was hard to get a taxi so a shuttle would be good and this would sell better.

The food was not up to par and the location is too inside whereby you have to take gojek or grab to head out for food and spa.

Breakfast is basic with a mix of local dish. One of the best chicken curry with prata that I have tasted. Cosy environment in the villa compound and great for families with young children.

Freezing cold shower. Villa view appeared to be open in pictures, but was behind a window when we arrived. Bath didn’t appear to look clean and drains had a bad smell.

The resturant and the breakfast was just OK. And the hotel is å bit hidden and its not possible to walk to the nesrest resturant

The breakfast was fine, but there wasn't a huge amount of choice, we've had much more exciting breakfasts in other accommodation in Indonesia. Access to the hotel is via quite a poorly maintained, secluded road, so not ideal if you're planning on walking (we just used Gojeks)

The villa was serene and private, and had everything we needed. The gardens around the villa were beautiful and peaceful, and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. We felt safe and relaxed in our villa, and loved spending time in the pool when we weren't out exploring. The room itself was nicely decorated with warm dark wood, and the bed was very comfy. We'd definitely stay here again.

It was difficult to reach the location, the road that leads to the hotel had a lot of potholes which made it difficult for us to commute via scooters. Hence, we had to book a cab every time when we wanted to step out of the hotel.

The private pool area and separate area for private dining was worth every penny.

The remote location makes getting Grab food orders and transportation hard. The bed was wide but short, so I had to sleep on a weird angle so my feet didn't poke out the bottom of the bed.

Not much. I was satisfied.

I stayed in 2 bedroom villa. Rooms were very spacious and clean with facilities such as iron, locker, umbrellas, kettle, wifi. Amazing pool. Staff was very helpful (they even helped me print some documents for my last call visa application).
