Floating breakfast in the pool was good. The Bali collection area is within walking distance from the resort. There is a shuttle service to the beach, and the hotel also has a bar counter for guests at the beach.

-no main swimming pool + beach is a bit far away -no shower outside in the pool area at the villa -it’s good that they provide free bicycle but they should be better maintained

-general vibe of the hotel - quiet, luxurious, well-maintained -nice and helpful stuff -amazing yoga -good food -delicious and refreshing welcome drink -the common parts of the hotel are simply beautiful -it’s not typical resort like a lot of them in the neighbourhood is more quiet, more boutique I really regret that we didn’t have time to use the spa

Amarterra Villas was the best way to finish our holidays in Bali. Location is fantastic and walking distance to Bali collection where there are lots of shops and restaurants. The villas are just beautiful, we stayed in the 2 bedroom villas and it was amazing. The outside open area is great, the swimming pool is fantastic. We had a free bottle of rose with some nibbles on arrival, and the mini bar comes with free re-fill! Staff is great and welcoming. Even the General Manager Lami stopped at breakfast to say hi and introduce herself. There are also free bicycles for use. The Nusa Dua public beach is accessible from the back doors, but we also have access to the private beach Amarterra by the Bay with free pick up and drop off at any time.

Pool villa was exceptional. Excellent outdoor space, comfortable double king bed with pillow menu, phenomenal staff who were so friendly and helpful. You can walk to the beach (5mins) or get driven to their private beach (10mins). 10 out of 10.

The booking procedure is quite unusual for today digital world and annoying . The procedure at check-in required the physical card with which the rezervation was done to be presented. I made the payment with a virtual / online card. They insisted I need to present it physical, although had no sense, as the money was already in their account long before our arrival. As a result , they asked me to pay once more the accommodation with a physical card and they will refund me my initial payment in 14 days . This is a first for me in all my traveling experience, moreover in Bali since we were traveling from another hotel where such conditions were not asked . The rest: facilities, amazing people , services ar at their best!

Facilities, the entire staff kindness and permanent care for their guests. The staff is absolutely fantastic. Always ready to support, greet and do their jobs with a big smile. Amenities are at their best to create an intimate and relaxing atmosphere.

That we couldn't stay longer!

The villas are amazing. Everything you could wish for and more. The best thing about this hotel are the staff. They are all kind, happy, helpful and cant do enough to make sure your stay is fantastic. Julian, Carmaya to name but a few were exceptional, going above and beyond. The hotel is situated in walking distance to both shops and restaurants. The restaurant is delicious as is breakfast. The private beach is reached via a 10 minute walk or free shuttle from the hotel.
