Day 1 got strong smoking smell when come in to the room. Means hotel not enforced no smoking room policy. Luckily 2nd day smell gone. Surrounding no real restaurant, only one bakery shop which provide some lunch and dinner but food and choice so so, all are street food which is not a good idea for business trip to avoid stomach problem. However, go walk to Lotte (like 7mins) - you will get a lot of good food there. But maybe not for business trip after come back from work, you might be lazy to walk there. Dine once in Hotel restaurant for dinner, chicken chop, came out it was fried fillet which no taste and you can see not fresh. Maybe just get local food in the restaurant, avoid western food. Morning breakfast - very very limited choice, don't take bread - it is low quality, same for butter provided. BUT, cooking of vegi, they are expert, taste and fresh better than average.

Walk distance to Lotte Mall which can find a lot of food choices. Quite clean hotel and my room though every things looks old. Gym room and Swimming pool up to standard and looks clean although I was not using during my stays. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast - Vegi cooking - taste and fresh better than average.

My first room was little bit old and smelly, then I required to change to a better room. Problem solved.

One of the reasons I booked the hotel was their spa. Unfortunately, the spa was closed and I did not get the massage I was looking for. That was a bit disappointing. Like in many places in Indonesia the only alcoholic beverage they serve is beer. Since I am not much of a beer drinker I would have appreciated having other choices (wine, spirits etc. )

Located in a nice area of Jakarta. Within walking distance of a big mall, shops and restaurants. The view (especially at night) from my small balcony was stunning. Even if you don't have a balcony, you can enjoy the amazing view from the nicely furnished terrace on the top floor. Friendly and helpful staff at reception as well as at the breakfast restaurant. Many different and tasty choices at breakfast.

On a particular spot beneath the bed, the floorboard is loose and is easily noticed when I step on it. The AC could be noisy in a specific setup (either AUTO or COOL). However, those two things didn't bother me much.

I love the pillows! It was thick, soft, and so comfortable. It helped me have a good night's sleep. The table and chair are quite convenient to do some work. The TV cable was nice too. As for everything else in the room, including the bathroom and the amenities, I have no complaints as I got what I need during my stay here. Also, the breakfast was pretty good. There's a pretty good selection of foods.

1 Air Condition Unit did not work (Bedroom). Bathroom was used as smoking area. Smelled bad. Flooring is damaged and Curtains need to be washed. Breakfast simple but tasty.

Comfy big Studio with Microwave, Seating area, 2 TV Screens, HBO working, Good WiFi. Great view. Nice breskfast Area. Clean. Friendly staff. Many food courts close by. Big Shopping Mall in walking distance.

Not enough face/hand towel in the bathroom, there was only 1 and there were 2 of us. other than that, i would say it was a comfortable stay.

Location is very good. Walking distance to shops and close distance to malls. Food served during breakfast was tasty. comfortable bed and nice pillows.

One curtain had holes in it

Stayed there for one night as it was next to the embassy we needed to visit the next day. The room good, had comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was included (not too many options but ok overall). The staff was very polite and helpful, they also let us leave the luggage for a few extra hours after checkout.
