AustraliaWe absolutely loved our stay at Ayana! The staff were the most exceptional I’ve ever come across. I’m pregnant and got Bali belly just before we arrived, and they offered to drive us 30 mins away to the hospital and pick us up, they provided a pregnancy pillow and even brought in cake and balloons on my husbands birthday! Super attentive, amazing attention to detail and the room was always spotless and well looked after daily. The grounds of Ayana were insanely well kept and beautiful.

The property is amazing with access to a private beach, exclusive first access to the world famous Rock Bar. Staff are warm and remembered our names upon just one interaction. The clever use of the resort app also made contacting the staff super easy.

Extremely high quality atmosphere. Every one of the staff members were awesome and even remembered our names. Very helpful and charming. You could tell they loved their job.The location had a fantastic sunset and a private beach, and the Rock Bar rocked! The whole resort was extremely quiet. Food and service were excellent.

AustraliaOur first room " ocean view" on the ground floor was really ocean glimpses with golf course views, we also had super noisy people above us waking us at all hours, we were deliighted to be relocated and upgraded to a suite.......fabulous room and we finally saw the ocean

The service was world class, it was very clean and the convenience of having everything in the resort was amazing. Any activity you could think of was available, whether you were there as a family or as a couple there was something to cater for everyone.

Wowza!! everything from pool, Kubu beach, breakfast at Damar, properties. Blew our minds coming from a 3rd world country. We really enjoyed our stay at Ayana, we enjoyed the Rock Bar. We couldn't cover the 13x pools and 26 restaurants in the property (haha). But it was worth it. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming.
