Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe only negative is that the room smelled a little damp and the bedding felt damp, however this is only due to the level of humidity at this time of year. The bathroom is a little dated for a five star hotel, but was perfectly acceptable.
The location of this property was beautifully situated on a lovely stretch of beach. The pool areas were well maintained, spacious and lots of beds. The beach area was also well maintained with fantastic access. We had bed and breakfast, the breakfast was exceptional, so much choice. We found it good value for money when paying for food and drinks. The room overlooked the pool areas, the room was a good size, with a good balcony area.

United Arab EmiratesRealy nothing. All was good. If i have to mention 2 things. 1. Kids club coule improve maybe more to do. 2. Dont charge for the popcorn for kids movie night. 40 000indr for a small popcorn was bit ridicules. Kids coule not even hear the movie as live music was right next door
Everything. Great hotel. Great service. Great beach. Nice pools.

AustraliaThe saying kingdom of hospitality couldnt be more true. This place is truly the best resort. The Balinese architecture and the beautiful welcoming staff who at every turn are always saying hello or willing to assist. This is what hospitality means - not the newest or flashiest amenities, but the welcoming nature of the people and the attention to the little interactions. We didn’t opt for the all you can eat package - and yet still had the most fab time.

United KingdomThe staff were absolutely great and helpful. One of the bathrooms was very smelly but with one phone call they shifted us to another room which was great. The reception area is much more relaxed and great compared to the rooms. We had to sit separately for breakfast because some of us wanted continental and some asian which was a bit annoying. Breakfast itself was great. We definitely enjoyed the sea, swings and cycling around the resort. The Portrait facility and massage was great.

AustriaThe hotel facilities and rooms are old and did not match my expectations. Food was a bit overpriced for Bali's "value for money" standard.
The beach is really wonderful, the staff super friendly. The hotel offers a lot of program which was great.

AustraliaFor what ever reason, on this occasion the TV didn't have the Australian ABC channel. Extremely rude eastern block tourists. I really hated when during breakfast, certain people would take large quantities of food and fruit and pack them away into their shopping bags that they bring along, and so everybody has to wait till the tables are re stocked.
This was our fifth stay at this resort. The staff are fantastic and always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast is very good. Lots of variety and the food is great. The restaurants a very good. We stayed at the Ayodya Palace and although slightly more expensive, it is worth every cent. I would recommend the Palace every time. Great place to relax.

AustraliaWe were fortunate to have experienced Ayodya and its beautiful surroundings with good friends. The staff were welcoming and professional from the check-in to check-out. We especially appreciated the restaurant staff, who made us feel like family daily. The beach was beautiful and so relaxing; the pools were warm, and there was plenty of staff to serve affordable cocktails and meals. We loved the gym, which had just enough equipment to burn off those delicious meals and prepare for the next one! Most of all, it was my spa experience. Every therapist was so talented and polite. I will miss Risa’s friendly nature and smile.

United KingdomThe pool water was way too warm, it was like going in a bath! This might be nice if it's cold outside, but it was so hot that going in the pool should've been refreshing but it wasn't because of the water temperature
The staff were absolutely amazing. On our first night it was quiet, and several members of staff played with our daughter and her ball. She had a blast and kept talking about "her friends" for the rest of our stay. She also loved the stuffed animals and tent in our room! All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. There were a lot of gluten free food options for my husband who has a gluten allergy, which was great. We loved the location right on the beach and there were plenty of lounge chairs and towels both on the beach and by the pool.

SingaporeThere were many different restaurants. However, it will be good if their menu can include some indonesian cuisine for choices. There were more of international ones. The buffet dinner can have more different types of food. It was pretty limited. I would appreciate if they can close the doors for the buffet area cos the flies were flying on the food.
This area is quiet and very suitable for family. It has kids' water park and pool. There is a separate pool for adults who wants peace. The resort was big. It also has a kid's club. There was no lack of entertainment for kids. Though it was an old resort, the rooms were very clean and well maintained. We upgraded the rooms to the palace and there was an exclusive area for breakfast. The staff can speak English well and also very polite. There was a village nearby which has good shopping and many restaurants. They even offered to add an bed for my daughter who is 5 years old.
