Great food at Ganesha! We spent 2 nights there, the breakfast options are both restaurant was excellent! Great staff and very friendly. My son loved the Chess and the music area. Would definitely love to visit again in future!

- Pool water was more warm than outside temperature (32°C), which does imply for us that fresh water flow can be optimized. - Room staff sometimes did forgot our demands/questions so we did lose time for asking again.

We did enjoy the location close to the beach and the advantages of a resort.

The beach in front needs better maintenance-quite a bit of rubbish/litter-but admittedly there were storms almost every day stirring things up.

Welcoming, humble, friendly people made this holiday memorable- especially Dewi, Sonia and Jeremy from Room services and Eva and Aya from reception. Stunning Balinese architecture and features of main building offered a relaxing, peaceful atmosphere in the Java Hut, accompanied by gentle traditional musical instruments played by a musician. Beautifully maintained lush gardens and lagoon featured much wildlife to the delight of many children. Sparkling Infinity pool and family pools were a welcome relief from the humidity in Nov/Dec (and plush towels) provided much needed relaxation. Beach was okay, but often closed re unsafe conditions. Restaurants and eateries were varied. Breakfast at The Waterfall was fabulous and plentiful and again the staff were awesome. Spa Massage was divine and the area was spotless and stunning. Our bedroom was spacious with gorgeous polished floor boards and a balcony overlooking the lagoon. As my son and his girlfriend said, "We never want to leave." Many thanks Ayodya!

Breakfast was not varied enough. Novotel was better.

Stayed at the Novotel for 3 days 1st so had something to compare to. Everything was fantastic. Came back from breakfast at 9 and room was clean!! That stuff happens like magic. Had intense rain fall. Never seen one wet floor in the main walkways or drop of water on floors. Facilities were varied. Really good gym & squash court. Property was huge and in 6 days still didn't know where everything was. The huge lobby had lovely traditional activities run by 2 lovely people who every day acknowledged us by name and got the kids 10 & 13 involved in things they wouldn't usually do. Good menu. Fantastic beach access. We even had a free christmas carol, tree switch on. Loved it! Fabulous resort ran like clock work which is to be highly comended for its size. The beach is not the greatest but good for family.

Good facilities. Pools and amenities good. Food is great and lots of dining options including the nice Indian restaurant. Walking distances into shopping area of Nusa Dua for more options.

We had a fantastic weekend here. We travelled with our toddler and were really well looked after - the staff in the restaurants, the kids club, around the grounds - everyone was so kind and helpful. It’s a really easy place to stay with a toddler - good kids pool, kids club, beach is clean and they provided a cot. Great value for money.

The faacilities do required some uplifting as it's a bit too old and worn off. They seem to be upgrating one wings.

Fantastic stay at Ayodya. Wish we had more time as there was so much to do. Huge resort, wirh so much to see and do. Beautiful facility and even though a very large resort, still emphasises the local Balinese culture. Variety of restaurants and the breakfast buffet was incredible.

Air con is a little noisy. And really oddly the pool water is too warm, never normally say that but the water is as warm as the air.

Wonderful staff in a fantastic hotel design with real wow factor. Lovely food in all restaurants and great cocktails. Wonderful pools and beach. Great rooms with fabulous big beds. A lovely spa with excellent staff. All in all a fabulous hotel and experience.

Probably, dining options at the main Waterfall restaurant were not so attractive, but it is compensated by the hotel location, which is literally meters away from touristic hotspots.

Despite all the comments that we read before the arrival, the hotel left us with a very good impression. The rooms are not western type, but have everything needed, they are spacious and give a local Balinese flavour. The condition of all the facilities and sanitary installations was very good. The moisture smell that was mentioned many times in the comments is easily removed if you leave the A/C set for the minimal temperature while you are away. The air in Nusa Dua is quite humid, and having the balcony open without AC makes the moisture accumulate in the room. I suppose this would be true for any hotel. The breakfast that was criticized in the comments, actually exceeded our expectations. You have eggs made-to-order (even Benedict type), different types of breads, cheese, ham, Indonesian cuisine, sausages, coffee made with natural Mika and a wide selection of sweets and fruits. I only have good comments about breakfast. The hotel activities and layout are great, the seaside sunbeds area is very close to the swimming pool, which makes it convenient for the families: parents can relax at the sunbeds near the shore while keeping an eye on their kids having fun in the swimming pool. The kids area is also cool, you have different games and activities, and even real rabbits and a goose. The attention of the staff was superb! Very attentive and polite yet not persistent. All our requests were properly attended. We were leaving early so we got some fabulous breakfast boxes, packed in bamboo baskets. Bell boys were helping from the taxi to the room and back providing some useful tips and recommendations. The area is one of the best parts of the hotel: you have some great cozy restaurants, supermarkets and shops just 5 minutes walking from the main gate. There is also a beach restaurant near the beach providing very competitive prices and food quality.
