While I tried to make the most of my short stay, my only downfall is that I wish I had spent more time here... will definitely be back! If anything, my only suggestion would be to trial a different cows milk. My almond cappuccino was great but maybe for cows milk it would be better to source a different one when possible :)

Balangan was the first stop over I had on my trip in Bali and I am sad to say that I only stayed here one night. This was a great little spot and the resort itself was clean, quiet, comfortable and enjoyable. The hut-like villas are cute and comfortable and apart from the facilities - the staff is what really made my stay special! They were fantastic, lovely kind people who were very attentive and accommodating and a special mention to Bangkit and Ovi? for their top service! It's a very laid back part in Bali but it was just the place I needed to relax! Easy to spend a day by their pool, Resturant (Ocean views) or at the local beach (2 min walk). The Resturant had complimentary fruits, tea, coffee with breakfast and a good selection of things to order for breakfast/lunch/dinner + cocktails. The local town is small but still has enough places and restaurants to explore on foot, with many built up surrounding suburbs just a short ride away. I can't wait to come back! Even though fine breakfast at least 3 items per room would be fine to choose with having more items to choose Wardrobe was little older. But for this price point not gonna be picky at all (just a note in this matter)

Internet drops out all the time. We complained about it nothing was done. Very difficult to get a taxi to take us to Jimbaran. The place is located in Balangan not Jimbaran as listed on booking.com, th breakfast at the restaurant was a La cart price was around $7.50 as if you book the room with breakfast it will cost an extra $11, and you can only chose 1 meal they place 3 plates of different fruits. Water and coffee. Dinner and breakfast meals are different portions everyday depending on who the chef is cooking for that time. Only 1 towel to a person is given no hand towels or face cloths given

All we could do is to stay in the resort by the pool.

Nice space with lovely gardens and pool. View from restaurant was beautiful and natural with cows often wandering past and looking out to the ocean. Enjoyed doing twice daily yoga at the resort next door. Was like a mini retreat.

Fantastic value for money, as well as extras such as Balinese massage, drinks etc were very resonably priced too. Beautiful pool and very comfortable room. Plus the staff were great. Would be happy to stay again any time.

Greatly located hotel with a pool and a restaurant , just 2 minutes walk away from Balangan beach. The staff are amazing and its very easy to get anywhere from the hotel.

- The bungalows have thin walls. If your neighbors have a chat on their porch, you will hear them. Also, the floor makes nice old wooden sounds, which is not a negative for me - The thin walls bring me to the annoying water pump. There probably is only one water tank for the whole place, so it's only an issue for the bungalows on the very end of the left side, but this thing was running constantly, switching on and off every time someone used the tap. But the later the night, the less you will hear it, that's the positive - my toilet wasn't flushing with a lot of water, but it was fine. Told them after check out and they said, they'll fix it immediately - Generally the wifi was fine, but here and there it was a tiny bit spotty. They are aware of it and it only seems to be an issue for two bungalows. So they can provide you with a portable router. Just speak to them about it! That pretty much solved the issue and you could have worked there easily. The other wifi networks (restaurant, pool) are very fast.

- location is probably one of the best features of this place. Top of the cliff, 5min walk down to the beach - ideal surf base imo. Also some restaurants around - staff was crazy nice, helpful and were always up for a chat - the food from the restaurant was actually very, very good. Quality wise maybe best I've had this trip. Highly recommend the Gado-Gado and Satay! - Pool has a nice size and volleyball net - room gets made up/cleaned daily - cleanliness level is sufficient I would say, here and there it could maybe use a deep clean or a fresh coat of paint. But it's a tropical environment after all... - water pressure and hot water in the shower was very good - read someone didn't like the aircon, think it was fine - maybe not the most quiet one, but you can turn down the fan speed

In the restaurant food that you get can be different than in menu, e.g. fries instead of mashed potatoes, sandwich without bacon (no one will inform you). Still it's very good.

Very clean and calm place, close to the beach. Local spa offers good massages. Breakfasts and cocktails are good. The staff is communicative and helpful. It was my last spot after three weeks in Bali and I loved it!
