Can’t fault hotel at all

Hotel had really nice pool. Rooms were amazing. Plenty of choice for breakfast to suit all needs. Staff very friendly also.

Limited staff at the pool so difficult to order drinks and food. Seems like the hotel does not have enough staff. The water from the rain shower in the Premier Suite did run out under the door. We would not recommend the deluxe room as the walls are like cardboard and if you have a noisy neighbor then your holiday will be ruined.

We originally booked the deluxe room but had some issues with noise from the next door room so we upgraded to the Premier Suite. The room was large, clean, modern and most importantly very quiet. Breakfast was excellent and the pool was refreshing. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

It's older hotel but clean. You can tell it was once a luxurious hotel, possibly even five-star, but it's not anymore. Price is reasonable. It's not a super popular hotel but I do enjoy not having too many people around. Some but not many. You're not fighting for a pool bed for example. Small ish pool. This is why there's not a lot of pictures I think.

The pillows I absolutely loved, I wanted to take them home. The bed is also comfortable. Staff were great. Very accommodating. They got me an insect repellent that you plug to the wall because mosquitos bit me alive every morning at breakfast. This is not my thing but might be useful to know.. I suspect it's a halal kitchen because I noticed that it's beef bacon at breakfast. Might be disappointing if you wanted real bacon.

The prices for food and drink at this place are exorbitant. We spent $70 AUD on a cocktail and Jack Daniels. The menu for food and drink are very very limited. The pool side service is lacking. The breakfast is average and they don't include anything but black coffee...then charge you $8AUD for a latte!

The resort is beautiful and tranquil The swimming pool is the highlight for sure, it is shaded and has surrounding garden which just makes it a beautiful space to relax in Rooms are comfortable Hotel staff are very friendly Location is good and short walk to Bali Collection

Spa was not available, hard to book it as only one person worked there. Pool is small, not for swimming more to chill there.

There were mosquitoes around the property, and I was bitten within my room. There wasn’t any spare electric ports beside the beds for charging phones etc.

It was a very secluded area, and had great security. The rooms were huge and spacious. Bed was very comfortable.

It will be good if the hotel upgrade the quality of their amenities. The furniture was very nice in its time but with the presence of new hotels today makes it seems a little bit old.

BNDH located next to the main gate of Nusa Area, it is easy to access our favorite local food such as: Babi Guling Pak Dobil! BNDH has spacious room that well maintained. It’s spring bed is still quite comfortable even though it has been in service for years. The hospitality of its staff is the advantage of this hotel. From the security staff at the gate, receptionist, housekeeping, restaurant and pool, all staff performing good attitude. Thanks to all staff! The restaurant provides wide variety of good quality food.

Location next to Bali Nusa Dua Convention Centre (BNDCC) which is quite convenient for attendees to events held there. Friendly and accommodating staff; also very responsive to messages in booking.com platform.

Room hygiene requires a lot of attention and is related to the guest's first experience.

The staff is very enthusiastic and responsive. When I just checked in, the sheets were not changed, indicating that the problem was solved as soon as possible. The hotel environment and service are excellent, I will choose here again next time.

It's not the best when it comes to dinner and drinks. Barely any alcohol in any cocktails served, the food was bland and expensive. Our room was near the garden, and having to listen to sprinklers all day was kind of annoying.

The place is 20 mins away from the beach. The staff were super friendly. The room had all the facilities we needed. The breakfast buffet was world-class.

Not that clean especially in the bathroom, some obvystains can be seen, as well as the bedding.

The location is good, easy to go around Nusa Dua, many restaurants,shops , spa parlours nearby. The breakfast is quite good, many varieties.
