The breakfast doesn't have many choices of food and there are also no omelettes and the choice of bread also very small .This is the second time i have stayed here. The first time the choice of food was very good i was surprised.

What i liked while staying at this hotel was the swimming pool and just closed to food area

The only thing I didn't realy enjoy is the location - right next to the very busy street. Also, while at the outdoor pool, you could hear the cars passing by the main street.

Breakfast had nice options, althou most of them weren't Europen. There is an outdoor section as well. Beds were comforable. Staff was very helpful and nice.

I booked a massage and waited 15 mins and no one showed up so went to reception to find out they forgot to book it.

Our room located at ground floor, can smell humid when we open the door. The shower room can't close properly, which cause the floor wet and flooded.

The fitness center is pretty good and big. The room is spacious. Closed to Udayana's University and easy to find food, Mc. Donald and KFC at walking distance.

Friendly staff, nice location and good beds. Good place to stay when you arrive late in the evening to Denpasar like we did.

During my stay, lots of guess coming too. So, there are many foods left at breakfast corner. I wish they could prepare breakfast for the group separately, so it did not bother other guest.

Location is good. Room and facility is good. Staffs are helpful.

Pool decking was being rebuilt during our stay, so only a small area was available for lounging by the pool. We were not made aware of this when booking. It was also very noisy because of the work. The work was completed while were were there and it looked great. The road outside is very busy. Not easy to cross.

The hotel is lovely. Good location with cafes and restaurants near by. Rooms were very comfortable. Staff were always helpful Easy access to Toll Road to get to airpoert and Sanur Very large swimming pool

The water would leak from the shower to the bathroom floor despite it being closed. Also smelt not that pleasant but could just be the Bali smell.

The shower was a bit difficult: door not closing totally and not entirely working. The staff seems to be stress but I have the feeling that the hotel’s goal is to have as many customers as possible. Also, other clients are so loud, impossible to sleep during the morning… and sometimes disrespectful, they’re in a rush. The pool is pretty cool but too much kids everywhere playing and shooting. It’s a cool place but not we you’re looking for some calm or if you wanna rest. But I guess it’s okay if you intend to come with your family, kids and have fun.

The room is quite comfortable for the price with a nice large window facing the swimming pool. The staff were helpful and lovely!

There was wetness and moldy smells inside the rooms despite changing rooms twice. I developed a bronchitis after staying 5 days in the hotel and had to seek medical attention, despite spending almost the whole day outside. I wish they can fixed the wetness issues as the hotel is a wonderful stay otherwise.

The bedroom, the beds and the breakfasts and it’s friendly staff mostly at the breakfast hall.

View on 1e floor is not nice, in front of all windows are metal frames, feels like prison. Ask for higher floors for more open rooms! Swimming pool little privacy, everyone entering the reception will be looking down at the pool which is most of the time in the shade.

The only problem is the light at the curtain, above the wardrobe shelf and tea making console could not be switched off. We have to sleep with the light on - very uncomfortable. Breakfast was not to our taste. We were dragging our feet to go for breakfast in the morning.

The room was nice. All staff are friendly and helpful. They offered to help me print boarding passes for free. The breakfast spread was great.

The hotel lobby is impressive. My room was bright and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The Tv has a movie channel. Bottled water is supplied daily and the room is cleaned every day. The gym and pool are good. The hotel is on the main road but very close to many cafes and restaurants and a short drive to Jimbaran Beach. There is a bar and a restaurant in the hotel.
