The staff at Bali relaxing are warm, considerate and welcoming. We love returning here and always receive such warm smiles and welcomes from everyone. The resort has a well maintained and beautiful pool which overlooks the beach.

My partner and I ordered a driver from the hotel to pick us up from airport, did not find driver after trying to find him for a while. Ended up having to organise a taxi which was a bit annoying

However, there are too few sun loungers—only 26, which is quite limited considering the number of rooms. This could be improved to better accommodate guests. We were not offered any help with suitcases when we were leaving the place

The pool is excellent, well-maintained, and a great place to relax. Breakfasts are delicious and varied, with plenty of options to choose from, and the restaurant itself is spacious. The food prices are quite reasonable for a hotel. The service is decent—nothing extraordinary, but everything runs smoothly. The hotel is clean, simple, and provides all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The ocean is calm, making it perfect for swimming and enjoying the water.

Not a lot of shopping in walking distance. Didn’t really matter as taxis are so cheap and it’s too humid to walk far anyway.

Mouldy bathroom, all over the shower tiles.. made me feel uncomfortable to shower.. the king bed was 2 double beds pushed together so my partner and I kept falling thru the cracks

Right on the beach, nice pool/pooll area, awesome beach bean bag hangout location, beach bar was great too! Got an upgrade aswell as a room next door to my sister as requested when made booking.

The beach was disappointing. Garbage floating in the water and the water was murky at high tide. Cannot swim at low tide so ocean swimming was very limited. Neighboring property was burning garbage on the beach and the smoke smell was off-putting. Construction at adjacent property was a bit unappealing.

The pool is massive and offered lots of sun and shade seating areas, a really great area to hang out. Resort well laid out with restaurant and beach bar adjacent to the pool area.

The beach was raked every day but the plastic and garbage on the tide line needed to be picked up more often. This is a problem at a lot of beaches.

Breakfast was good, liked the egg station. Liked the view from the 4th floor rooms looking over the pool and the ocean. Pay the extra when booking if you want the best view as to upgrade when checking in you pay about double of the online price.

Not much snorkelling anywhere. And even in the island there were floating garbage here and there.

Nice place big swimming pool, on the beach -during low tide no real swimming in the ocean. Very good breakfasts.

Breakfast buffet and egg station was poor. Not much shopping in this area within any walking distance.

Loved the pool. Water sports and beach easily accessible. Rooms were good as well. The laundry across the road was really well worth it.

Spa is expensive, 50% off voucher is still not worth it. Starting at 350k across the road is 100k.

Nusa Dua Beach front Resort lives up to its name totally a relaxing hotel! Staff are friendly and supportive, big swimming pool, right on the beach steps away from the restaurant, very nice food well priced and good buffet range, room is good value. Shop and restaurants also nearby. Water sports booth is right on the beach, had our first ever Parasailing experience here, was safe and well organised 500k for couple. Front road security guard is very helpful for crossing the busy road. Restaurant is No Smoking really appreciated 🙏

Could have done with more information about the hotel facilities and opening times and local options , hard to find much even on the website No way to call or contact the reception

It offers a relaxing place with family. The facilities aren't really new but they are well maintained. If you're looking for a simple and relaxing time with your family, then this place offers value for money. It does not have fancy things to do, but a clean and big pool with access to the beach as well. Wifi coverage and speed are good. The food offered is somewhat satisfying, and eateries around are walking distance. You would need to choose a room with access to the balcony. Otherwise, it can be quite boring to stay in the room.

Dirty beach and ocean water, first room was horrible and i have to change the room with a superrior one extra charge (24€). In rest nice and clean for this price
