Breakfast buffet style. Not great, but adequate with plenty of selections available. No one swam off beaches in this area so if your're looking to swim in surf and sea go elsewhere. Spa expensive for Bali go to ones on street for better prices.

Pool was great as I was able to swim laps. Clean and well maintained area. Could do with staying open till 10pm on hot nights. Dinner at night in the restaurant had a nice range of foods to select from. Restaurant wasn't crowded. Reasonably priced. Room nice and clean. Good size bed.

I’m sure some people would find something to pick at but I can’t think of any negative.

Great location. Huge pool. The most comfortable beds. My husband got extremely sick and they had a Dr in our room in 20 minutes.

Superior rooms with no balcony & limited windows option- they are quite cheap and good if staying out all day and using rooms only for sleep at night.

The receptionist asked me for $US200 cash deposit on my room! I couldn’t manage that and spoke to maître d who personally solved the problem. I couldn’t get a teapot at breakfast - the waitress said there’d be an extra charge.

The breakfast was excellent. I liked the fact that the bedroom and public area floors were washed daily using discinfectant - rare these days. Staff were very hekpful

Bathroom very small but not that important really.

Great value for money. All staff very helpful and friendly. Meals were good and well priced. I stayed in pool view room and it was lovely. I would certainly stay there again.

The bathrooms needed a bit of maintenance and could be kept cleaner.

Loved the location. The pool was great and opened out onto the beach which was lovely. The staff at the reception were realy nice and helpful and helped us organise transport to our next location. The buffet breakfast in the morning was convenient and offered a variety of options. The rooms were clean and comfortable and spacious.

Had to upgrade .y courtyard room as it stank of mould ..was unbearable and made me feel sick ..had to upgrade to poolside ;(((

In one of the evenings, there was no hot water in the shower. The other days were fine.

The swimming pool area was very pleasant and the room was very comfortable. The stress relief massage was amazing and they gave me a 50% discount.

Spa was outrageously expensive and not worth the money at all. Too few sun beds by the pool which were all taken by 7am. Only 8 beds have sun all day. People would get up, drop their towels on the sun beds and head for breakfast. Location is pretty bad We checked out in a hurry as our driver arrived early and we thought extra would be automatically charged on the credit card on file. We don’t use WhatsApp so we didn’t see any of their messages and instead of sending us an email they chased us all the way to Sanur and woke us up banging at our hotel room at 11pm !!!

Love staying here, however the beds are a little too firm. Would love to see a comfy mattress topper on beds and my stay would be 10 out of 10.

The tile in the bathroom was very dirty, the same as the shower curtains. There were stains on the ceiling in the shower, which had been dripping with water.

Beautiful territory, a large swimming pool, and a spotless outdoor area exist. Breakfast is yummy and rich. The staff were friendly and polite, security even helped to pass a road with heavy traffic.
