It is old but still perfectly fit for purpose. The age showed most in the bathrooms which need replacing.

It would have been great to be able to have food or room service but the restaurant only opens for breakfast, this fact should be updated on their website.

My stay here was very good and I liked the quitness of the property and location. The pool was kept very clean and tidy and I liked my breakfast each morning even though not a huge choice.

Very very bad traffic in the area. and it's in a small alley just enough for one car at a time.

Location is great in that it's close to Beach Walk mall. You can go to the back of the mall from hotel without going to the main street. The pool looks really nice but we didn't have the chance to enjou it. The room is large. I especially like the channel options on TV. Breakfast is alright.

Staff were friendly, turned on the air-conditioning to cool down the room before we arrived. Although dated, it was clean and very reasonable priced.

Had problems with TV not working and had to wait a while for another TV. The breakfeast isn't nothing special.

The location is great for staying in Kuta. It has a good size swimming pool. The bed is very comfortable for me.

The rooms are tired, I believe upgrades are happening as we could hear construction through the day. Felt like the entire place needed a good scrub with bleach but it wasn't filthy. One of my friends did have mould growing inside her room.

Down a nice laneway so it is quiet, the gardens and pool are gorgeous. Rooms are nice and big. Staff were friendly and the aircon was lovely and cold.

No fridge in the room though so unable to keep cold water or cold bintangs or even refrigerate your milk for coffee in your room. They do give you creama but it curdles in the coffee and no warm showers. But still a great hotel for what you pay despite this.

Beautiful gardens, lovely staff, very friendly hotel and great value for money in the heart of the markets.

Room could be a bit more clean. I didn't have warm watter late in the evening for taking shower. It wasn't cold as ice, but it wasn't warm enough to wash my hair.

Great garden with a lot of trees and big clean pool. Exterior of resort is really great! Location is near Kuta beach a lot of resturants Wifi is working everywhere inside resort, and works excellant. Breakfast is ok. Aircondition works

I liked that general feeling and style that hotels in Bali have with greenery everywhere. A nice looking pool although I didn't try it. Staff were helpful and polite. Rooms were spacious. And location was good to get to the beach and general Kuta activity. Not perfect but very fair in terms of the price

Missed the fridge in the room - but didn’t asked for one after check in - so I’m not sure if they have any or not. We managed it good without. Our bathroom needs definitely a renovation - but at the end - everything in working order.

Central and quiet. Beach and shopping centre close by. Big pool, outside areas looked after very well. There’s always very friendly and helpful staff around - no matter what time.

Bed was cracking there was some smell around the room. Breakfast was just so so. Property is bit rundown.

Ac not working.properly ...Such small acs for big rooms... Nearly changed hotel since no empty rooms..no restaurant staff hence no inhouse food
