Location: The hotel is in a very nice location with easy access to the main street yet a good distance from the busy streets, hence, provides peace and quiet. Staff: The staff are very accommodating. Rooms: The rooms provide basic amenities; beds are comfortable; facilities are generally new, clean and well-kept; a/c and water supply very good. Cafe: Menus are kept simple, good portions. Parking: Parking space can be limited but guests can use the vacant lot beside the property which the hotel's CCTV cameras can monitor for safety. Price: get a very good value for money.

The room we were given (room 101) was right next to the security key fob/coded door to the main complex and pool area. Every time someone used the door the keypad would chime with an irritating beeping melody that could be heard in the room. We asked to change rooms however there were available rooms of our type left and were told we would need to upgrade and pay an additional 1.2m Rp, which we did not do. We asked them to silence the door sound but they were not able to. We had to sleep with ear plugs. Otherwise the stay was ok.

The property itself was great. The location was a little off the main road but still accessible.

The location isn't really close to any beach per se. However it's within "striking distance" of all the good beach's in Uluwatau and even Kuta, so if you don't mind 15-30 min of travel it's pretty good.

Nice pool and ambience. Breakfast was simple but had decent variety. Rooms were fairly small but clean and well kept. Very quiet, was able to sleep soundly. Strong wifi. Good value for money.

All good if anything suggest they give more room to a turtle and a snake they have in small enclosures.

Comfortable and clean hotel. Very pleasant staff. The pool is small but is clean and good to refresh after a day out or relaxing. If you want breakfast in the morning, go there with plenty of time, as it does take quite a while to come . Although the choice is limited, it is cooked on the spot and was very tasty. The hotel is a bit outside the main road which makes it very quiet, allowing for a good nights rest. There is also a small laundry shop very close with express and 24 hours service really cheap but with very good service.

But the best was the staff and the family that owns the place.Gemini welcomed us on our first night as family, even drive us to find a place for dinner. He helped me a lot during my stay as I was feeling sick and all the staff and his family are amazing.

First room we was given was infested by ants but staff moved us the next day to a different room which was fine. Shower also does not have glass all the way around which can be messy.

• There were ants in the room even though we didn't leave food anywhere in the room. • The room is flooded with lights. Sure, you can turn some of them off, but for a room that size, it has too many unnecessary light points. • I'm not a fan of the neighborhood. Somehow, it felt shady with empty lands around it and made me cautious walking to the main road for 15 minutes after dark. • The cleaners didn't clean under the drain before we checked in, resulting in a foul smell from the drain and the water from the shower flooding the tiny shower box. • The semi open shower box was also so tiny and without proper cover that the splashes of water filled half the bathroom. • We booked a room with a balcony, but the balcony was so small that it only fit 1 chair and overlooking the empty land next door and other people's houses.

The staff were nice and full of smiles. The swimming pool was clean and lit up at night so you can have a dip late in the day. Everything was new and works properly, even the towels and mats are still thick and spotlessly white. The smart TV is a nice touch.

- Bathroom super clean, but, have unpleasant smell when everytime open the bathroom door. For me, it is not a big problem. Just close the bathroom door always. - Sometimes i hear sound on the ceiling sound of animals running around (i don't know rat or fox or monkey). - Room not soundproof, you can hear everything happening at the courtyard/ pool area. - Renting scooter is the option to move around because the hotel location quite away from the main road. Luckily it is easy to rent scooter from the hotel.

Hot shower working good. - Friendly staff always greet with smile. - Calm environment, have rooftop and cafe in the hotel to hang out or doing work. - They provide you with basic amenities, drinking water, also can ask them for room cleaning service everyday. - Good wifi.

There is a small on site restaurant but some dishes were always out of order. If you want to reach beach beaches in Uluwatu easily this place is little far away from them. But there is always Grab or Gojek available that arrive to the place fast.

This is the place where I stayed longest during my 3 months trip in Bali. The hotel is super clean. Usually there is at least ants or some small insects in the hotel room in Bali but I didn’t see any in this place. WiFi connection is very strong and I was able to do my work properly because of that. Breakfast is available with an additional price. It had good choices. Staff is super friendly and was always ready to help. I felt so safe as a solo female traveler.
