I am older and the stairs killed me at the end of the day the sports bar coffee shop needs to take lessons in customer service just because I dont drink alcohol does not mean that I dont spend money and deserve the same amount of attention as those that drink alcohol at first i thought it was because i am a female, but my niece who drinks alcohol got served quickly and efficiently each time

the breakfast were of good quality and a lot of variety very plentiful Spa area was wonderful , reasonably priced and staff very friendly the Pools were never crowded and quite beautiful Boardwalk restaurant was exceptional the entire staff were so friendly and helpful

The air conditioner in the room was noisy and needs attention even though it did its job perfectly. We accidently locked ourselves out of our bathroom, I think a different locking system on the bathroon door would me better.

Breakfast was great every morning, the pools were wonderful, the ease of booking food, drinks, massages and room service to the were fantastic, the food was very nice. The location on the beach front was awesome. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately I only stayed 4 nights and had to go home.

The property was very comfortable and the staff were absolutely amazing. This experience was from reception, Kiky was very friendly and very patient. The staff at the pool bar were very professional and exceptional with service and keeping the area clean. The rooms were spacious and kept to a high standard and the bed was great. The reasonable prices was an absolute bonus.

Breakfast was a little rushed most mornings as it closes promptly at 10am. I personally tend to eat late in a morning when i am on holiday

My family & i have just returned from Bali Gardens resort, This is a great place to stay, at the end of Kuta Beach. The room suited my family perfect. But do go out and eat in the local restaurants, you will find the food & drinks much better & cheaper than in the hotel complex. Everything you need is all very close - Shops / Markets, ATM etc etc

Our only issue was the extreme noise level in the breakfast room, due to the very high ratio of small children, toddlers and babies present - many of them crying, screaming, or running around the room with seemingly no parental control whatsoever. We have never experienced this before, and it was totally impossible to hold a conversation at the breakfast table. We don’t blame the hotel or its wonderful staff who are always amazing, but it was not a relaxing or pleasant way to start the day, and very disappointing.

Absolutely everything. We have stayed here multiple times and just love this hotel. Great location, terrific pool area, beachfront restaurants and the best staff we have experienced. Can’t wait to stay again.

Everything! Amazing location & place, staff were awesome. Very well maintained resort with no issues at all, quite a rare thing in Bali unless you pay a lot more than this resort costs. Our favourite resort from now on when we go to Bali.

Air conditioning kept wetting the room floor but the staff came to clean and I guess fix it.

Staff is very nice and helpful. Pool is really enjoyable as you can have drinks in and around it and meet a lot of people. Breakfast is very good too. My teenagers loved it too!
