    The bed mattresses are so hard and uncomfortable 😫

    Mostly everything. The gardens are beautiful and for a large resort that was at 95% occupancy, I never felt crowded. It was so peaceful.

    Sometimes all of the lounges around the main pool taken.

    Breakfast was great and a choice. Staff very professional. Pool area very nice, being able to order snacks around the pool during the day and being able to reserve a table for dinner. Room was comfortable.

    We can’t think of anything we didn’t like

    Great range of pools, swim up bar was great, garden was lovely, adult only pool was excellent, affordable treatments at the day spa, good breezes close to the ocean. The cute squirrels were funny and entertaining to watch.

    Not many Gluten free options- I did ask before booking but no separate toaster etc. Not the end of the world but disappointingly when I specifically asked before we booked.

    When a drink was ordered it could take up to half an hour to get it Sometimes it was because an order was taken from the table and the whole order had to be filled before it was delivered I even tried to get my own but was told we will bring it over and then wait 20 min for this to happen and it wasn’t because the staff were run off there feet as there were many times a lot of staff were standing around I just think if you order a beer you shouldn’t be waiting half an hour to get it

    Leaving after 7 nights - next time, we'll stay longer.

    We could not fault a thing. We loved having everything so close. The on-site restaurants were all great, and the coffee from Kopi and Kue was fantastic.

    Breakfast every morning was amazing! The staff were absolutely beautiful and so friendly. Our room was in the perfect spot to have a beautiful garden view. A big bed that was so comfortable The food and drinks from every restaurant in the hotel tasted absolutely amazing!!

    The rooms were a little bit dated and the wifi wasn’t great - but that seems to be everywhere in Bali in general. Overall great stay.

    The location was great. Across the road from Waterbom, easy walk to the malls, markets and beaches. The pool was fantastic and the staff were very attentive. The breakfast included was so yummy. I think I ate my weight in chocolate croissants daily. The banana pancakes were also a winner. The spa was so relaxing at crazy prices. The reception staff were so accommodating and easy to deal with and the cleaners were wonderful also. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Kids really enjoyed the pool. Beautiful view of the ocean.

    Bed a little hard.

    2nd time staying here and would stay and recommend again. Location amazing. Beautiful and helpful staff. Spent more time at adult pool this time..nice and peaceful. Beach swims out the front as no chairs, umbrellas etc in front of resort. That craziness starts further up. I really enjoy this resort. 😏 Restaurant food no matter the cuisine is delicious.
