Location was great for us, could walk to Waterbom Park , shops and lots of food options within walking distance. Bank directly out the front had a great exchange rate.

AustraliaWish there was a door to the bathroom and the towels were bigger/ newer. Sometimes there were bugs in the room/ hotel. I disliked having to go to the resort to have a swim up bar. Also, that it was so hard/ confusing to get to the resort from the hotel (lots of stairs and windy turns).
Room was lovely, good size and clean. Lots of food options around and breakfast was well done. Good location and easy to get around. I liked that we were able to use the resort facilities.

AustraliaOh the pillows.. sooo uncomfortable. Too high, gave me neck pain and had to just sleep on mattress instead.
Location was great, 10 mins or so from the airport, so great for a transit. Place was clean and the deluxe room was spacious. Loved that we got interconnecting room, which was a criteria for selection of accommodation. Nice, small pool. Quiet most of the time. Loved the large beds, wide and comfy. 3 of us could easily fit in there! Breakfast was great, we aren't fussy, so we loved the selection of food provided. Overall excellent value and would stay again.

AustraliaAggressive guests - the towel on the chair scenario whilst they are elsewhere. I could smell strong mould smell in room upon entry.
I enjoyed staying at this hotel it is smaller and as I travelled alone I felt safe and secure. I am a returning customer as I liked the large room and nice bathroom facilities. Very comfortable bed makes for a good nights rest and the bed is very comfy to me. Breakfast can be very busy but nothing is a problem when asking staff to replenish. Bonus this is a sister hotel to the resort next door and shares the facilities. Its a nice walk through the sister resort to the beach.
