Sofa bed mattress was horrible. Felt every spring and sunk right to the frame.

Staff was welcoming, and the place was tidy. Nice amenities and decent location. Room was nice and spacious. Breakfast bar offered many options

The sheets were not soft enough.

The sheets were not the softest. A bit scratcy. But overall it was a great stay.

There was a staff by the food . I got there at 9:30. The staff had not begun to clean yet and I asked her if I could grab some food and she said we are closed but you can get some coffee. At that point I just left. I needed to take my medication and that is why I needed to at least grab some toast.

It was comfortable and clean. I left my sweater and they called me to tell me I left it behind. I thought that was thoughtful.

One of the elevators was inoperable.

This is my home away from home when I stay in Williamsburg. I love it here. Miriam and the entire staff are wonderful people. The hotel is always a great place to stay.

No complaints about the property it was a couple of dead coaches roaches in the room so I’m assuming housekeeping didn’t sweep. The floors could have been cleaner

While not a problem for me, the room was quite cool.

The front desk staff was very friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was a more than adequate amount of fluffy towels in the bath.

Pool was cold!

This is my second review! Our stay here was awesome! We stayed for 5nights! The hotel was clean ! The staff was nice! One staff member that stood out to us was a lady name ROCKY! She was the best! She is sweet as she can be! She is a hard worker! She checked on everyone on a consistent basis! Especially during breakfast time, asking are we ok? Is the food good and hot?! Everyday we seen her, she had a big smile on her face an was working! She was so nice to us! I would definitely recommend this hotel! Thank you Rocky for being so kind an sweet to my family and I.

Our second time staying here and the pool is finally finished renovations. The water was warm. We enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast is always good. I met a lady named Rocky. She is in charge of preparing the breakfast. She is the sweetest person you will ever meet. She went around the dining area, interacting with the guests. Asking how is everything, is the food ok? She takes pride in her work, as I can see. Keep up the good work, Rocky. "Kawasaki man" 😎

The only thing we was disappointed about was that the pool was extremely cold!

It was very clean! And the staff was awesome! One in particular staff member name ROCKY! She was and is awesome. We stayed there five nights, and not a day went by where she didn’t have a smile on her face, she was very helpful, and her breakfast was AWESOME! Everyday we seen her she was working hard and had a smile on face! And treated everyone there very nice! We will be back here again ! Thank you Rocky for being so kind to us!

Gym was smaller. The room looked dark from the carpet and wallpaper.

Loved the options for amenities (pool, hot tub and retro arcade). Breakfast was nice too in terms of options. The coffee bar also had instant oatmeal. Hotel looked updated. Staff were friendly. Room was large and met my expectation for a suite.

It was raining and the flooring on front of the sliding door was very slippery!!! Everyone I seen walk in almost fell! They were also doing work in the room across from my room so it was a lil nerve wrecking
