I loved the cleanliness and the friendly staffs. They always greeted us and physically stood up every time. They had two sets of housekeeping, the evening one was to make sure your beds were done up for sleep and musquito nets set up. Really good housekeeping service.

GermanyThere was some animal (they said it was a bat ) which was very noisy every morning from 4-6am - and it felt like it was in the room or on the roof.
It was great to be in the middle of the jungle with such an exceptional architecture. The pool was nice and the place had a colonial feeling to it. Staff were friendly. Coffee was also good which is important for me!! The shuttle 4 times a day was also very punctual. I slept well at night and had some powerful meditative experiences.

AustraliaWe loved the covered Yoga Deck that looked out over the jungle valley. The pool and restaurant shared this fantastic view. Our room was a large private hideaway. The bed sat in the middle of the room with its own mosquito net space all around and above, the window wall in the front slid fully away allowing you to walk onto the large trampoline hammock placed where a balcony might usually be, downstairs was the large ensuite with walk in robe

PolandIf you are looking for a soundproof room with some privacy, our room was definitely not the one. We woke up to the noisy family with kids next door at 4 am couple of times. I mean it is like they are in your room. We had dinner at the hotel every night which was great. But my husband had bad food poisoning from the chicken one night but the staff tried their best. I think it was just bad luck. We loved the place very much and definitely plan to stay there again.
The people are fantastic. Service is great. The pool is amazing. Open air shower is a great experience. The decoration and lights are simply the best. I loved the Botanist restaurant. Breakfast was very good. Try the Blue Bowl! They provide great quality umbrellas which helped me survive walking for a few hours in that massive rain :)
