The breakfast is what you would expect - it is not amazing, but it does the job. There was a funky smell coming from the small fridge in our room - almost as though something was spilt in it from the last people who stayed and was not properly cleaned. As the pool is right on the beach, when on the day beds, you would often get people coming up to try sell you things which can be slightly annoying when trying to read/relax.

Amazing location! The property is right on the beach, with amazing views. We wanted to book somewhere close to our freediving course, and this was the perfect spot for it! Will be coming back here next time we are in Amed. The staff were super friendly and made our stay all the more better.

Being downstairs at the pool/ beach area was lovely except the lovely local ladies would sit there each afternoon for several hours asking constantly if I wanted massage I understand it’s what they do, except, being so close to my balcony and entrance, it felt intrusive. I did not complain . I know it’s their job and their routine. Just became a little bit too much by end of 5 days.

Beautiful room and grounds. The cleanest I have stayed in . My room was facing the pool and beach and it was very quiet and calm.. Not too many rooms, so there was always a lounge by the pool Snorkelling from straight out the front and easy to walk or swim to Jemeluk bay for best snorkelling Plenty of warungs either side on the beach and along the road . Convenience stores a 3 minute walk away for daily supplies to pop in the fridge. Only 10 minute walk to the central part of Amed for shopping/eating The new road and footpath a definite bonus. Only a short section where the path is not continued and have to walk along the road. I was alone and did not hesitate to walk at night .

The bed wasn’t super comfortable. And it can get noisy from the sounds of roosters next door.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The suite was really spacious! Lovely balcony looking out onto the sea. The pool overlooking the beach was gorgeous and the day I was at it I was the only one there! The most incredible were the staff, extremely friendly and helpful.

-air con didn’t seem that cold, gave feedback and they promptly organised a technician. -no bar or restaurant on site, but this didn’t bother us, as there are so many around. Breakfast is simple but nice.

-Small relaxed boutique style accommodation -very clean and spacious rooms -exceptional location on the beach with snorkelling out the front, many restaurants in the area -helpful and friendly staff -We loved our oceanfront room upstairs. Big space and beautiful to wake up to.

Air con didn't keep room cool. Pool had green growing up the sides. Smell of plastic burning coming in the room. Sore eyes.

The pillows were quite hard. And they also should’ve had a fridge to sell some drinks such as beer or soft drinks or water.

The rooms were a big size and big bathroom. The pool area was lovely right on the beach.

The staff were so kind and eager to help. The room and pool were spotless. Great AC. Snorkel gear to borrow. Staff will take you on their bike to the store if you need. I will be back :)

Our room rate included breakfast, but the breakfast is arranged in either/or sets, so if you order the eggs the fruit plate is considered extra and you'll pay for it - it's not much but still overpriced for Bali. Most places we stay include fruit so we were a little surprised considering the room rate was on the higher side. Given the cost of fruit, it could have easily been complimentary.

The location is very good. The rooms are lovely with good bathrooms. The hotel is small and has those extra touches like good towels, consistency in quality and service, daily complimentary water etc. ear plugs to blockout the chickens and roosters next door. Breakfast choices are limited but cover the basics.

COVID destroyed the economy here. Fixtures and other elements of the room could be updated. There is sadly an abundance of trash in the village. Shopping is basically non existent which is fine as people come here to dive and snorkel

So this hotel is located in a very remote part of Bali. It is so close to beautiful snorkelling on black sand! Staff were super friendly compared to other parts of the island. Fish is fresh. The views of the volcano from this side of the island are superb.

The roosters next door didn't let up. The stones on the beach make entry to the water an exercise.

Very nice rooms, well maintained, lovely swimming pool, adequate breakfast, very nice staff and walk in off the beach for snorkelling. Warung next door served great food.

The only down side was that the air conditioner in our room wasn't very cold.

This is a lovely location right on the beach right by Jemeluk Bay. I picked this location because they had a pool and it was near Jemeluk. The snorkeling was nice right in front of the hotel and also in Jemeluk. We also dived on the wreck of the USS Liberty, which was nice too. Amed is quiet for now but has lots of family restaurants. Casa de Amed had clean rooms with a lot of space. The breakfast is basic but good. They have snorkeling gear, but the gear they had was broken or didn't fit. Some staff didn't speak English, but did their best for us all around.

The AC in the room was very noisy as if it was defective. The bed wasn’t very confortable but it is very subjective, the pillow were too thick.

The view from the suite is amazing , the staff is lovely, the room is clean, and everything is at our disposition in the bathroom (shower soap, toothpaste etc.)

Room could use some maintenance. Lots of limescale on faucet and shower. Shower also smelled a bit funny when using and blanket cover had some holes in it

You can't refill your bottle of water you have to buy water yourself. Also the wifi connection was not good at all which is annoying if you need to work on your computer.

Staff is super friendly and always here if needed ! Room and bathroom were super clean and you can ask them to clean it if you want. Well located near restaurants and beaches. Swimming pool was amazing with the view on the ocean. We stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it !

The only thing preventing me from giving this property a 10 our of 10 rating was discovering yellow stains on the bottom sheet when I pulled the doona back before I left. These were definitely not of my making and one was very large and would be have been clearly evident to the housemaid when the bed was made up Whilst I have no doubt the sheets were clean, stains of any sort are not a good look.

The hotel was quite a distance from most restaurants and walking at night didn't feel safe. We could not buy any drinks from the reception.
