- Didn’t love the breakfast. Not suitable for those who don’t eat meat, egg or dairy. Even the rice contained butter, which was disappointing. - School (teenagers) groups during our stay. There were two separate groups of around 20+ students, and some evenings turned into a bit of a party on the grounds. It wasn’t a relaxing experience for those looking to unwind and getting a pool bed was nearly impossible, with people even resorting to sitting on the ground.

Great location near monkey Forest , nice room , the pools are great and the room was clean with a comfy bed Unfortunately another Bali toilet that fills to the top when flushed. I don’t think that problem is at all anything to do with the hotel but more a mainstream issue in Bali

Slippery surfaces which could have been easily addressed.

Massages were fabulous. Free parking. Happy to change our room when explained our situation. Staff were very friendly. Serve staff accommodated for food allergy and had cooked fresh meals.

Booked and paid for 2 adults and 16yo but room only had 1 double bed. Then we had to pay additional $25 per night for a rollaway bed to be put in the room.

Not the hotels fault but we had noisey people next to us. The people above us continually making noise which sounded like they moving furniture and it woke us up every night. Guy next door on his phone all night was annoying too. So we didn’t get much sleep.

Lizards everywhere outside the room, No lock to the washroom, most of the switchboards were not in working condition or damaged. Room size is just right for two people.

Location was excellent, Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff was welcoming and breakfast was good. Ample car parking space and walkable distance to many good restaurants and cafes. Mart just outside the gate and Money conversion just few steps away.

The hotel is old and does not look like the photos shown. The bathrooms on our room had black mould and the sink was falling off the wall. Behind the frames in the rooms was con webs and lots of dust under the bed.

Our mattress was very soft so I kept waking up almost rolled on top of my husband during the night. Although the bed was beautiful I found it quite uncomfortable.

The property is very dated but well built and it looks like they are starting to refresh the property. Promoted as a super special discount but we considered the price we paid was what it was worth.

Monkeys everywhere. Thats why it’s called Monkey forest. Do not leave main and balcony doors open. 1 was fierce and it tried to attack the kids and adults in my family.

I wish the massage was a little better for the amount we paid. Outside massages are a lot cheaper + better. Also, when we arrived they said they forgot to tell us that there is 20% extra fee - so be aware of it. The bath is big but the hot water doesn't keep going unfortunately till it is filled. Only up until 1/3th - so that too, be aware :)

I loved how friendly they were, breakfast was very good until 10am, and the staff was super helpful. During Nyepi (holiday) the staff did everything to still make us enjoy our stay and kept wifi on, pool open en serving food - many hotels close this day so I am very thankful for this. The rooms were very big as well and airco works really good + comfy beds with mosquito net are a big help. Loved how big the bathtub was as well.

Pool had very few deck chairs. For such a big hotel, it wasn't enough. The moss on the ground was slippery on wet days. On rainy days, there's no undercover area so definitely will get we walking from lobby to room.

The environment in the jungle felt peaceful with visits from the monkeys were exciting.. Ordered food from a restaurant which was tasty. Close to Monkey Forest,, shops & eateries.
