AustraliaThe pools were warm and not refreshing - not sure if they were heated or it was just the hot weather in Bali. Other pools we swam in in Bali were not as warm as these. The buffet breakfast was fairly average (good variety but quality of food not so great) and not as good as other similar resorts I have stayed in. Tried to avoid eating at the resort and took the opportunity to dine elsewhere for several other meals.
Beautiful resort with lovely landscaping and a variety of pools. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free family photoshoot included in booking.

Irelandas far at the resort itself is concerned it was all to like. It was a bit far from the room to the restaurant in the morning. It might have been a bit better signposted. we got a little lost in the evening.
I was unwell for a few days sand the staff were very concerned and attentive. Miss Kadek Puspita Yani Dewi was the resort hostess and was very helpful in my speedy recovery. The concern extended to providing me with coffee to take away and talking with me. The staff in the spa were very attentive particularly Arsari and Inda.

Can’t say enough about how wonderful the staff are at this place. I have stayed in numerous 5 star resorts in Australia, Bali and elsewhere but this place was the best. My family and I were sick at the end of the trip and the staff went above and beyond to look after us. The lagoon pool is huge and the whole resort is well kept. The buffet breakfast is next level. Highly recommend the dragonfruit yogurt and salmon benedict.

Amazing place. From the arrival, you feel you're in 5 star place. My room was overlooking the pool and the ocean. The room was perfect, very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I loved the balcony area. The pool was amazing. Pool bar food was fantastic. Staff were exceptional and very friendly. We tried sea food restaurant food was fantastic. Very nice resort for anyone who wants to have a quality holiday.

Australiabeach wasnt on yhe nicer part of nusa dua, but still swimmable. There were some nice masseuses on the beach that only charged 150,000 for a massage.

The staff were the best! They were so welcoming and very kind! As soon as we entered the hotel we were greeted with a delicious drink and very friendly smiles. The rooms were so clean and the room service was very quick. But what absolutely blew our minds is that when they cleaned our rooms they had folded all our clothes and neatly wrapped our wires. I've been to many high end hotels and this was just never heard of! The pools, gym and the restaurants are of the highest calibre and there was such quick access to the beach. If your going to Bali this is a must stay!
