Limited beer offering at the various restaurants, and bars, additional charges for amenities like kids club activities and pickle ball, some parts of the resort feel very closed off / dark tunnels to get to the main areas. Family rooms could be better described in booking.com as we actually just had two adjoining regular rooms.

Nice pool, kids club, pool cabanas, very good service, easy access to coastal running / footpath, bbq buffet was great and in-house clinic was handy if you need to see a Dr

Location is far off from all sight seeing places. Room service is sloooooowwwww.

Superb resort. Excellent pools. Very nice spa. Good restaurants and bars. Located in a busy area, so in the middle of all action. Excellent photographer on the house.

Maybe the price !

Fantastic hotel in Nusa Dua ! Quiet and really beautifull,What i liked most was the pool set up ,breakfast rooms ,spa! There is nothing not to like ! Set up on the beach !Simply fantastic ,but not cheap!If you can affort to pay around 240 British pounds a night then do not look anywhere else!I stayed only 3 nights. Best Pina Colada in Bali and the SPA.

The kids club staff were lovely but it was a tiny space. I feel they could add a large outdoor playground to it to encourage kids to play there longer.

Everything! The staff were so accommodating, the hotel was plush and very 5 star. The location was right on the beach. The breakfast was excellent. My kids loved it.

Wish there was a way to acknowledge specific staff on the bills. Gratuity goes to hotel so need to tip staff in cash (they deserve it!)

The resort is directly on the beach but don’t expect to swim there as it’s not very nice. The food or any other activity is highly expensive for the quality and service you receive.

Beautiful resort with clean, spacious and nice rooms. The pool area is amazing and well maintained. A lot of activities and restaurants in the resort.

everything was beyond our expectations. we had an incredible stay and will definitely be back again. we loved every moment and every staff member we came across was just so lovely! my daughter's were treated like absolute queens from the small items in the room left such as nappies, baby wash and powder to the little monkey soft toys!

Breakfast was always warm/cold and never hot, so breakfast was not a nice experience. Also every day there was a wedding or conference that took over areas of the hotel

It’s quite remote there is not a lot around but the resort has everything you need anyway.

The only disappointment I had was the Conrad burger at Suku restaurant which was slightly burnt.

Included Buffet Breakfast was great and staff very friendly. Food and beverages at poolside Azure restaurant was also great and staff were friendly. The Japanese Rin restaurant was also good. The beach was too shallow so my family mainly used the pools. The twin suite was great for a family of four.

The beach in front was underwhelming, and too many watersports were going on, making it a bit noisy.

Though the hotel was built long ago, it is still a stunning property. Overall, it had a relaxing vibe, and the services were top-notch. Breakfast was great; there were so many varieties and three restaurants to choose from. Also, there is a stunning sunrise view that one can enjoy. The staff were so helpful and were always wearing a smile. They are the heart and soul of the hotel. Always treat them well, Conrad!
