JapanTo get to the beach you need to take a bus shuttle. It's a bit not convenient but not a big deal.
The customer service staff Tree and Rahmat were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb. The pool area is huge and fun to use. There is a free shuttle bus to the beach to hop on every hour. And the beach has a dedicated Courtyard area with sun beds and towels free of charge for the hotel guests.

AustraliaI did not like the squirrels on all the tables and cutlery. During morning buffets the birds were pecking and eating the pastries although they looked delicious I would never have one of these pastries because of the lack of hygiene.

It was our third stay in this beautiful hotel. We loved everything, from the comfy and clean rooms to the exceptionally friendly staff. The room service guys are absolute superstars, they cheered us daily with lovely towel figures and funny notes. No need to say, that room was shining! The waitresses working at the breakfast were beyond all praise, especially during a very busy weekend. The guys at the reception were just super helpful and very cooperative. They changed our room by our first request (We just wanted another view from the balcony), and they made it for us! Late check-out- Sure, they are ready to help! The bicycles ride without a 24 hour prior booking- absolutely, please come in 1 hour, it will be arranged for you! Seems that there is nothing that they can't do for their clients! The rooms are very comfortable, equipped with everything you might need during your stay. the. The beds are huge! The view to the pool was just WOW! The pool itself- one beautiful endless blue river among flowers and palm trees! The breakfasts are delicious, and a huge choice of cuisines. Shuttles to the beach and Bali collection every hour. In the nearest neighborhood a busy street with plenty of cafeterias, massage, and supermarkets. So we will be back again next year, hopefully! Thank you, Courtyard, for our lovely vacation! You made it feel like home!

The beach is close to the hotel but you need transport to go there. A shuttle bus is provided from the hotel every one hour. Beautiful beach. The breakfast was good but after 2 to 3 days you want a different choice. The pool was very pleasant.
