Room service. We waited quiet a long period for food and when it arrived in our room it was just warm.

The facilities and location was great. The buffet breakfast exceptional and great value for money.

Perfect location, staff extremely friendly and polite and helpful, pool area very cosy, food delicious, big buffet for breakfast. On my daughter's birthday, they did several very nice gestures which made her very happy.

To get to the beach you need to take a bus shuttle. It's a bit not convenient but not a big deal.

The customer service staff Tree and Rahmat were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb. The pool area is huge and fun to use. There is a free shuttle bus to the beach to hop on every hour. And the beach has a dedicated Courtyard area with sun beds and towels free of charge for the hotel guests.

Great area right next to shops..beach a cpl of mins walk. Absalutly loved staying there and the pool was probably my best part so clean big pool room for everyone. Amazing breakfast. Thank you courtyard Marriott I will be back .

I did not like the squirrels on all the tables and cutlery. During morning buffets the birds were pecking and eating the pastries although they looked delicious I would never have one of these pastries because of the lack of hygiene.

Breakfast was good. I’m a vegan so I struggled a bit. Soya milk was often curdled. But on the whole I’m sure most customers were catered for.

Our stay at Courtyard Bali Nusa Dua Resort was nothing short of perfect! From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and welcoming. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, making us feel truly at home. The service was top-notch, and the food was fantastic, delicious and well-prepared. The pools, lazy river, and private beach were simply amazing, offering the perfect way to relax and unwind. The room service staff also deserves special mention for their kindness and efficiency. Everything was perfect.

It was our third stay in this beautiful hotel. We loved everything, from the comfy and clean rooms to the exceptionally friendly staff. The room service guys are absolute superstars, they cheered us daily with lovely towel figures and funny notes. No need to say, that room was shining! The waitresses working at the breakfast were beyond all praise, especially during a very busy weekend. The guys at the reception were just super helpful and very cooperative. They changed our room by our first request (We just wanted another view from the balcony), and they made it for us! Late check-out- Sure, they are ready to help! The bicycles ride without a 24 hour prior booking- absolutely, please come in 1 hour, it will be arranged for you! Seems that there is nothing that they can't do for their clients! The rooms are very comfortable, equipped with everything you might need during your stay. the. The beds are huge! The view to the pool was just WOW! The pool itself- one beautiful endless blue river among flowers and palm trees! The breakfasts are delicious, and a huge choice of cuisines. Shuttles to the beach and Bali collection every hour. In the nearest neighborhood a busy street with plenty of cafeterias, massage, and supermarkets. So we will be back again next year, hopefully! Thank you, Courtyard, for our lovely vacation! You made it feel like home!

No lobby area was air conditioned. It could have been better maintained considering it a five star facility by Mariott , We wanted to take some photos but it was so hot we couldn’t take any

The amenities and decor was great. I travelled with my Family and the Kids Club was fantastic for activities for my Grandchildren. The breakfast choices and food was fantastic and price was reasonable. We will go back !

The spacious room and beautifully manicured gardens and lovely pools. We loved how you could go between the pools and restaurants of The Courtyard by Marriott and The Marriott hotel.

You could see immediately that the rooms were a bit updated.

The beach is close to the hotel but you need transport to go there. A shuttle bus is provided from the hotel every one hour. Beautiful beach. The breakfast was good but after 2 to 3 days you want a different choice. The pool was very pleasant.

Excellent stay! Made travelling with food allergies super easy all menus at the restaurant on site will tell you on each item what the allergens were for that dish. Staff were very friendly, always checking in and wanting to make your day! The accommodation is in a great location walking distance to beach, market street and Bali Collection
