So many entertainment options, there are so many different activities for adults and kids. All staff are very kind and helpfull. Amazing breakfast and huge pools and open spaces.

Breakfast included should be a given at resorts like this - at the buffet breakfast the warmers only kept food like warm which was a bit meh

The cocktails could have been a bit stronger at the bar pool. Access to local TV channels would have been nice too. We had some noisy neighbours who loudly talked and laughed all night in their room and also in the hallway a few nights in a row. We were too sleepy to call front desk about it, but that wasn't the fault of the hotel.

Great selection in the buffet. Very friendly helpful staff. Beautifully designed hotel. Nice activities offered. Quieter pool area but also family friendly area to cater to families available. Clean spacious gym w everything you need. Comfortable yet beautiful.

No air conditioning in the common areas including the restaurant and lobby, lunch menu wasn’t really 5-star

needs more options for vegetarioans as they are less for Indians and vegan.

the hotel was great , relaxing .. breakfast was nice , but location is superb quiet . great area to run and cycle .. have shuttle services to go to beach and bali collection.

The bed was a bit harder than I'm used to.

As we enjoyed our first stay so much, we decided to book again, and we were not disappointed. It was our Anniversary, and we got a complementary upgrade and some very sweet amenities from the staff. Thank you for making our day so special. As always, the food and service were amazing. We will definitely be back.

Room is small and facilities in room bit old

Had my first stay in Courtyard on my arrival to Bali. Staff are warm and friendly , they provide excellent service from check in ,room service and everything . We had our money moon trip here and were greeted with a honeymoon cake and room decoration . The pool is excellent , clean and long and loads of facilities near the pool and the bar . Love the pool most from the hotel . The breakfast is exceptional . There’s a great range of food choice . Only thing is the room size is bit small and facilities but old compared to other five star hotels we stayed

I was truly impressed by the warm welcome from the staff at check-in, along with the thoughtful touches of welcome drinks, personalised messages, and snacks awaiting us in the room. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly, and the service was exceptional throughout our stay. The room was spacious, beautifully equipped with all the amenities, and had excellent air conditioning, making it a very pleasant and comfortable retreat. The peaceful surroundings and immaculate cleanliness added to the relaxing atmosphere. This resort is fantastic value for money, and I’m already looking forward to my return in December!

Room is a little outdated, for example bathroom door looks worn out. But nevertheless no issues with functionality.

Great service and pool. Breakfast was a highlight, head chef Karyasa even came to check if everything was OK. Excellent facilities for kids.

Breakfast busy Time cups, spoons were missing, not enough Time to clean. Noisy neighbours - coridor walls are thin

Great location - the Main Street with loads of food options is right next to the resort. Those interested in more “local” local fare just have to walk a bit further - and you get clear local pricing of food, and not those more bloated for tourists. Pool is amazing - great temperature all day long. Gym facilities were clean and loads of options. Short walk to a clean beach. Price was very reasonable with spacious rooms.

Gym, Lazy river was a bit disappointing but suppose it is really for kids.

Pool area was great. We did not get around to breakfast or beach. Will do in March 2025 when we come back.
