Place is very nice, retired from crowded areas so it’s perfect for a peaceful stay. Room was comfortable and the bathroom is just on another level being outdoors, loved it. What I found a bit shocking is that what we paid for the restaurant (we didn’t use it much) ended up almost equal as the room price for 3 nights.

Bugs crawling all over me at night but that was everywhere I went in Bali. Very rigid rules about no late check out. Very noisy area with loud heart breaking dog fights every single night and roosters all night and even though it’s a pretty chill area there was still lots of road noise.

The staff at Flower Bud ll were amaaazing! (I stayed there for my first two nights) So very accommodating and fun to hang out with while in the restaurant. All the food was amazing and both pools were great to swim in and hang out at! The open air bathrooms are beautiful and I love showering like that.

The only thing was the room didn’t have Aircon and we didn’t sleep for most of our stay and we had to leave early. However if you are used to the heat it would be lovely.

The hotel was very nice, good location to get to the beach. There was a lovely pool and restaurant. It felt very private and relaxing.

Bungalows could have a bit more light inside.

Staff were friendly and helped us out with everything. You can rent good bikes with them to get around. The place itself was nice with all the bungalows and nice pool. Quiet area, close to Balangan Beach and with some nice restaurants around.

Given the thatched nature of the bungalows it could get quite noisy during the night from animals / birds in the surrounding area. The bed could have been comfier too but fine for a few nights.

Exceptionally clean, really nice pool area and the restaurant / bar was helpful because there are no shops nearby. There is a shop next door where you can hire scooters to get about the island which was ideal.

My only dislike was the bathrooms, they are not as in the pictures. It’s a very cheap price and you expect it to have a rustic feel but I wanted to give the bathroom a good scrub/deep clean. A lick of paint on the walls would help a lot.

It was a very peaceful location for my first few nights. The beds are very comfortable, the staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. I had breakfast and dinner there which was tasty and enough choice for a few nights but would be a bit repetitive if you are staying for longer. The pool was a nice area to chill and the grounds are well looked after.

Music was often quite loud at the swimmingpool. We could even hear it in room in the morning. The musquitonet was really dirty. Bed was a pain in the back. The rooms are very humid

Overall it was all good, but if I have name something... We changed rooms (because we wanted to stay amother night) to a deluxe bungalow. But with the thunderstorm the roof of the bathroom had a few leaks. Well, its ok to live with the elements, but maybe better to fix the roof. Amd bring earplugs, because the roosters are on adrenaline! ;-)

Its a little paradise! Nice cosy bungalows ( we stayed in superiour bungalow) with beautiful outdoor bathroom. Beautiful garden with super nice swimmingpool amd a very nice restaurant. Good food. A little more pricier than downtown Balangan. The staff is super nice and wonderful. You can rent a scooter and mountainbikes. On one day there was live music with a very good singer!!

Beautiful location with a great pool in a very quiet out of the way location. No Bali hassle. Good access to the beach Nice breakfast with a good selection. Very lovely staff.

The pool looked a bit unused/dirty but maybe that was because of the recent storms. Distressingly the nearby beach was full of rubbish, which none of the beach bar staff seemed perturbed by. A power cut overnight meant our kids got pretty hot and couldn't sleep but the staff said that it was rare.

Lovely Balinese huts in pretty gardens with pool. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Sweet outdoor bathrooms and great shower.

Please be aware that about half the cabins, including ours, is completely open to mosquitoes and the mosquito net was dirty and full of holes. The place seemed less clean than the other two we have stayed at, and there were termites leaving piles of wood dust in window sills, on the bathroom counter top, daily. Also, this is not at all the fault of the property, but the Balangan beach during rain season is so full of trash that we were unable to go there.

Beautiful pool and grounds, beautiful bungalows. The breakfast was not bad, the deck on the cabin comfortably big, hot water in the shower, beautiful outdoor bathroom with plants and pretty lighting.

The internet is pretty bad. We messaged them before the trip to make sure they had good WiFi because we were going to work every day. They assured it was fine but I was completely stressed by the slowness of the connection every single day. This is not ok. I would also add that if you are scared of insects and lizards you should not sleep here 😄

The bungalows are a dream and the bed is very comfortable. The staff was very nice and the overall atmosphere very cozy!!
